Why did she even bother texting you about this guy? Is she trying to make you jealous? Is she trying to push your buttons? If she is loyal to you and she loves you as you say, then there was no need to even tell you about it. I am wondering what her motives really are....does she need 2 guys to fight over her? She needs to handle this. She needs to tell this other guy to back off and that she is definitely not interested. If she is seriously not interested then, unless hes a moran, he would not continue to contact her. Maybe she needs to tell him that if he continues to harrass her she will get a restraining order out against him. She is the one who needs to make it perfectly clear to this guy that she doesnt want to hear from him anymore. Very few men would persue someone if they knew they were not interested...and while your girlfriend loves you, maybe shes flirting with him. I certainly would not be getting into a physical fights with him because you could be charged with assault or anything and could ultimately ruin your career. She should be ignoring him and telling him to leave her alone. If she is in the Military too, then surely shes got the guts to tell him. We live in the 20th Century, not in the dark ages where men had to fight for a girls honour. She can handle this herself, and if shes serious then he will stop contacting her, and if not, she gets a restraining order out against him.
