In addition he has a fifteen year old son and only spends vacations with him. He is not a bad guy he is just never in the place he should be. And she is just sooo young and does not see that he could do this to her too. Okay thank you. You all had great input to give and I appreciate it. Have decided to call him tomorrow to tell him to wait atleast 5 years for the kids to let her expierience more life.

be a good friend, pray, and let her go through....sometimes we have to stand by and watch our love ones make horrible decisons and be waiting with open non-judgemental arms when they come back. I hope he is not abusive however....write her a heartfelt letter, let her know there is so much to learn before settiling down like that and she's so young if he really loves her he'll give her time to grow...I mean I'm only 24 but I know that I have so many things that I want to do before settling period

I know of 2 couples with a 30+ year age difference, their relationships work very well. However, both couples consider eachother equals and don't act overbearing in their relationships.
She's 20 years old and isn't a baby anymore, she's an adult. It's her life let her live it and learn from the experiences she will encounter in her life.
About all you should do is just be there for moral support. I wouldn't stick your nose into this too far, as you may find she doesn't want that type of negativity.

It is not abnormal for young girls, these days, to fall for older men where they believe tghey can get more serious relationship, full attention, security and the lot, particularly if the man involved is seriously in love with the girl. In this case, it can work, and man can continue to perform in bed up to his 70s, thanks too, nowadays we have viagra to assist.
However, the case you related to us above, doesn't show to fall into this category. The man seems to want to have children behind with a young girl, whom he can treat both as the mother of his children but also a house keeper and servent. I cannot see it lasting. Furthermore, assuming that they last 10 years and she had a child every two years, she will have already 5 chilldren at the age of 30 when he will be aproaching 60! Who will suppor the children's education? She will end up, at the middle of her life (thirtish), taking greater burden of looking after these youg kids.
If you really care for both of them, then let each find his and her own partner of more appropriate age. Unless the man is pritty rich! That will be different, because he will not only afford to buy more viagras but also, and more importantly, to look after the children and their mother!

Everything works and nothing works. Everything works if both people want it to work. Mutually. The time comes in any relationship that fatigue sets in eventually and the couple splits. See divorce rate. Very few relationships stay intact over many years. If they both enjoy what they are doing let them have a go at it. It's their decision too to call it quits.

With that difference in age, it should work. It's not extreme at all. Unlike 16 and 55.

Maybe.... Let her find out on her own. She's 20 and still needs to experience life. As far as having a baby! HOLD OFF!!! - until she's sure.

If she has no problem with it, then you shouldn't. Every body has a right to make mistakes and screw up their lives. If you are a good friend then you'll be there when she picks up the pieces.
