I dont believe that one little bit. It is up to the individual, and to be totally honest, I think this sexual harrassment thing has gone too far....A man can tell a co worker she looks attractive today because the woman will have him up for sexual harrassment....its a compliment for God's sake. Women have taken it too far, and men are afraid to say anything anymore. I think there is a different to obvious sexual harrassment where a man is forcing his attentions on an unwilling woman...that is sexual harrassment....a pinch on the bottom, a wink of an eye, is that really all that bad? I saw old movies where men would give a woman a little pinch on the bottom and the woman would smile and jump...it was innocent...it was a reaction to a man liking you. A man isnt game to show any interest anymore, especially in the work place because women have lost their sense of humour....they have lost their flirting abilities...Its good to flirt...it keeps us young...I love to be whistled at in the street, but maybe I should take down their registration number and have them charged with sexual harrassment. Its gone too far. Sure, in your industry I could imagine what people would ask of you, but no, it doesnt happen in every profession. I think what the real situation is, that women will look upon any kind of interest in them as sexual harrassment. I have been in the workforce for 38 years, and I can honestly say I have never been sexually harrassed....men have shown an interest in me in the workplace, they have even made sexual comments...but I am a big girl...I dont need to take a man to court for an innocent comment...I can deal with it myself in my own way. Sometimes I have flirted back....it was fun, nothing more, but these days what I considered fun would be classed as sexual harrassment. Its womens attitudes that have changed and I believe they have gone way too far.

Dear Pink,
you should always be ready to except the universal truth. Male female combination is always going to have a rubb off producing lot of heat. I think it all depends on the following
1) Your own family background, If you are a daughter of well known person with known muscle power or not.
2) Industry sector to which you represent
3) Age and type of boss for whom you work(Note: mostly age does not find place as mostly the rich people enjoy in their old age with younger partner)
4) Your own skills, for the post you r paid
5) Sex is ladder for selfish and cute looking females.

No no, girls should NOT have to g through that. Any woman capable of the job should be given equal rights. If you or your friends have any problems like that, it MUST be reported, first to the manager and if he does not take the issue seriously, then to a lawyer. But NO this thing is NOT acceptable

Not in the restaurant business. It's not called harassment, but rather auditioning. The first thing you do when you're hired to work at a restaurant is tear out the section regarding sexual harassment in the employee handbook. We no longer talk dirty to female coworkers, we just rub up against them...and they, us!

Partly correct.. .Why i tell this is i have come across many friends like you.. It doesn't literally mean that one should be like a ***** to come up.. It is purely based on the boss one has.. But as far as possible try to avoid those stuff.. Just to come up in life should you sell your body.. Just think off....All the best..

Well, it's only harassment if it isn't welcomed. If you go through with it, it may or may not give you the benefits you described; but one thing is certain to get you ahead: Knowing what you are doing...nobody can fault an expert!

There is nothing as such ..... when people go to work they should only think of work and how to develop it.... if you have an office would u harrace an efficient person .... NO u will not as people require workers and nothing else .... rather if people do not know their job and to keep it, they think of all this kind of nonsense....

It's not trauma, it's a tool. Right between brown-nosing and backstabbing your co-workers.
Honestly, hard work will only get you so far, so long as you work for someone else. They'll work you like a dog and pay you only as much as they have to, to keep you.
