Lately, I have been obsessed with something that happened more than ten years ago. This isn't the first time. different incidents but same irrational thought patterns.

ten years ago, while in college, i was in a nightclub. a classmate of mine was also there. we don't like each other. i was in a good mood and tried to make peace. i offered my hand in a handshake. he refused to shake my hand.

at the time, i was in a good mood so i kind of laughed it off and walked away. i keep thinking i should've done something. this was the last time i saw the guy.

now, i keep thinking i should've punched the guy, spit on the guy, or throw my drink in his face.

i have been losing sleep over this.

what is wrong with me? how do i stop thinking about this?

I went to my grandfather's B-day dinner, even there are relatives that I don't want to see. Those relatives are hyprocritics, they act and behave different in front of:
a: me and grandfather and grandmother
b: just me

....get the picture?

I throught I can 'stand this', but no it's didn't feel good during the dinner.

I want to go to my grandmother's B-day dinner too, but when thinking I need to see those relatives again, I feel like I already "lost my appetite" even before eating.

And no, I won't ask my grandparents not to invite them, I don't that's not appropriate.

And futher, I already imagined this problem when I get marry in the future.....

We are going to my cousin's babies naming ceremony, and have been asked to take a gift/pricture/words of something that would show what we hope for the baby in years to come.
My little boy is taking a photo of the baby's daddy as he wants him to grom up like him. My daughter is tkaing a toy animal to show that she wants him to like animals, my husband a bottle of wine to show maturity.....

My son got in a fight with a black kid and when I went to confront the boy his father stepped in and we had some heated words. He called me a name and I called him THE name and he swung at me I maced him and tried to stab him in the eye with my keys. The cops said it was a hate crime and arrested him after I told the police what happened. I have been called racist at work and now lately I have been in 4 more fights with more gorillas. I will send more of those mooleys back to the hospital if it continues but I dont know how to stop this....for my sons sake should we move or join the KKK or what? And for the record I have 3 black friends so I am not racist..

My boyfriend just told me he loves me with all of his heart and he likes me so much but he doesnt think I would be happy with him. I'm moving from Australia to USA after I graduate (RN degree), it makes sense to us that for financial reasons its best if I move to USA (he has a stable job, house already). I would get a job there and live permanently there. I grew up in Australia and I'm very close to family and friends. I have no doubt about making the right decision I just need advice on how to deal... How do I deal with leaving my dear family and friends?

My husband has left me (look at my previous question) and it doesn't look like he's coming back anytime soon. My boss is quitting so that means Tom, this horrible guy, will replace him. So I might as well quit because Tom has been wanting to fire me for a while. And I have a 1 year old son and I'm still young myself and the thought of raising a child on my own scares me. What if I am not a good parent? So basically, I will be starting a completely new life and I feel alone, deppressed, and confused. What is the best way to deal with these changes so that I don't feel so overwhelmed?

This has been a growing problem in our relationship but it seems to have skyrocketed ever since we moved in together about 6 months ago. When we first met we would have sex much more often, making out, i felt like i had to keep up with her...but now NOTHING. We have only had sex 1 time in the past 2 months nearly. She has to take the depovera shot which she says decreases her drive...but she was taking that before with no problem, and shes has some bad past experiences with sex. So whenever I bring up the issue she always has those as excuses and then just makes me feel bad. Truth is...i love her everything else in the relationships seems fine but i cant go on in a sexless relationship. What can i do! I hardly ever pressure her, have tried to wait on her time but it becomes insulting to me...she says she desires me and loves me and she always wants me to hold her but let me take it a step further and WHAM brick wall. I'm 18 i met a bloke thru a friend last yr he was really good looking really sweet talking we ddint speak alot n i had no chance wit him. My husband gets his head shaved every six months once.

My wife told me last week she ended her affair with a black man. I tried to control myself but couldn't and hit her for it. She left me and is now with that jungle bunny. I have some health problems and find difficult to have physical relationship with my husband.
