im workin for my father and recently iv gotton an infection below. iv been to doctor and he told me to take time off work. its started to get really painfull now and i can barely move. how can i tell him i need time off

tell him " i've been to the doctors and i have an infection, doc said to take time off work to recover" if he asks what wrong, say: "its a bit personal" and he will get the idea. I don't know why you are so worried, he is your dad he wont want you to feel embarrassed or be unwell. He should be understanding.

Have your doctor write up a medical leave form and give it to your father. He will realize that it's serious and at the same time you are being honest without giving him too many personal details.

Get a descreet line from the doctor, they will know what to say. Just let them know who your employer is and they will do the rest.

u shud tell him that uve had a trip to docs 4 som womens prob (not goin in detail) nd tell him u need time off,or if mums around have a word wiv her. gud luck.

Be honest with him. If he has high health and safety standards, he will have no problem allowing you off work, afterall fit, healthy, well paid workers are happy, productive workers.

tell him thaty ou have a fungal infection.... and as soon as your mention detials men normally get sickened so they just say ok then.

tell him you need TIME OFF...if he asks, tell him im sick... and if he will ask again, tell him "i dunno"... then give him a "stup!d look"...=)
