i just caught my daughter talking to someone well over the age of 20 and she is constantly lying to me. i need something that will wake her up and make her see the dangers of meeting people on chat lines which is where she is claiming to have met this person. i spoke with him and let him know that she is only twelve, but who is to say that he didn't already know that??? pls help if you have any good advice i can really use it. back in the day she would have just gotten a beating where i come from......signed goofy

My very best friend of 3 years and my wife of 5 years -
Then My NEW very best friend of 2 years and my girlfriend of 2 years-
Then my NEW best friend of 5 years and my girlfriend of 4 years.

It sounds insane, but it's true. I'm 39 and my last 3 ladies, over the course of several years, have ran off with or slept with my best friends at the time. I am really frustrated with people and I don't know how to trust anyone.
I haven't had a "best friend" in years now, and haven't even looked at a woman that others might find attractive - for fear of the same thing happening.
Here's my question - I'm sick and tired of my own company, and I want to hang out with guys and work on trucks and stuff, and I want to be with a woman whom I can trust, but I don't know how to get through the wall I have created between myself ans society. What should I do?

we bought our first home, husband does like the paint colors I chose, but now he wants to decide the flooring and I feel like it isnt my house, he has been fixing things to get ready to move in.
im having a candle party next month, but it seems I will have to say "look at what my husband has done"/ question is:
how do I stop feeling like it isnt my house,? I would like to say" look how i decorated this or that", but wont be able to. how to stop feeling like I dont have a say in the rest of the decisions of the decorating.?

Hey, please help me with this either by offering me your insight, opinion, or even your own experiences. I've tried to ask a guy the same questions a few times, but he never answered them. We're still in touch via e-mail, and we sometimes chat on line as well. His irresponsiveness/evasiveness is something I really can't understand. I'd like to ask why some people don't have the nerves to be direct or honest when others confront them with questions. Please share your knowledge, insight, opinions, and/or experiences with me. And also please tell me what to do in a situation like this. Thanks a lot for your help.

p.s. I really want to know his answers to my questions.

As you can probley guess, it's about a girl.

Well, she keeps sending me signs that she like me. (ex. When she got her cell back first thing she did was call me.) She does different things like that. It would make anyone think that she does like me, or at least she is interested. But everytime i ask her if she wants to hang out, she always has an excues. Even though the excuses are valid, their still excuses. And it makes it hard because we don't live in the same town, but we do talk alot...at least, more than we did before. The last time I saw her was over a month ago when SHE asked me if i wanted to hang out at the mall, since then, every time i ask her if she wants to do something she cant. Or at least she said so. And when we did hang out, it went good. Thats why i was so supprised that she doesn't want to hang out.

So, what should i do? Should I just keep asking her? or should i leave her alone for a while and try again later???

A while back into our relationship my boyfriend gave me his yahoo password so i could get on under his screenname.Ok....we were fighting one night and he got offline.I then went under his screenname so i could delete my screenname off of his list.That was all.Everytime id go under his screenname hed have a diffrent chick each time added to his list from nearby.And today suddenly he changes his password on me.is he hidding something from me or is there something he dont want me to see?!All my friends tell me to leave him cause hes such a jerk.But why cant i leave him like i wanted to a while back into our relationship?:(
