Recently married (1year) . Wife just got great job offer india and wants me to move with her. If i go i will have to give up my job here and basically my career ,as she is been offered a 3 year contract in india and i can not continue with my carreer in india. I am confused. Besides we just got married a year ago. She says i can stay here if i want and we can maintain a long distant relationship ( flying back and forth to see each other). I feel like she is abandoning me though. We jut got married and i feel like we should be spending the next few years with each other building our marriage not taking part in some cross atlantic relationship. If she loves me, she should want to be close to be not away to india for three years. Right?

Long storry short. My sis and her family sent out invitations to a fourth of July bash at their rec land. Camping, fishing, fire works and pot luck and over night thing. They new my mother was going to be out of town and that my brother would not go because he is sick of being snubbed my bro in law. Both sides were invited. The other side all has money and nice campers. I was told since I did not have a camper I could not stay over night. There is 4 in their family camper sleeps ten. the boy stay in tent. Well since no one else in my family was going my daughter and I were uninvited at the last minute. We had pot luck ready and fire works and we planned on coming home. Since all of bro in laws family have campers and I would be the only on there with my daughter from my sister side, I was called and told not to come. Am I over reacting or am I being treated like crap because I am not wealthy an own a big camper. My daughter was so hurt and devestad when I told her we could not go.

I have been talking to this guy for 2 months and we've been dating for 2 days. Now, he's very charming, smart, athletic. the only flaw is that he is 19 and the age isn't very popular with my dad. Since it isn't popular with my dad, it isn't popular with my mom. Nor is it with my sister and it won't be with my brothers. I really like him a lot a lot. I'm not going to break up with him, but my family feels like I'm defying my father and that it is the devil trying to break up the family...

My so called brother was like i know this and i know that. He is all like i know the square root of like 25 is 5. He is one hell of a damn *****. I can't believe him. but I just dont have the money to pay for his Drs. visits, his meds., etc for a whole year., what in the world would you folks do? He has no way to make money, I live off of a very, very, small trust fund ( 125 a week, but I get my utilities paid for and the house is owned) and he expects me to completely take care of him. We have been together for 10 yrs., but this is truly taking a toll on me. Any advice folks? I just cant kick him out, but he needs to find another way to support himself....I am truly at a loss everybody..........

I 38 years old with a new baby and am trying to buy a property with my mother. Only I think senility is creeping in on her. She is the most petty, self absorbed person I have ever met. I jut recently broke up with my first girlfriend, and it wasn't smoothly either. She dumped me. I 'm still battling a lot of pain and other emotions. I was really in touch with myself before I entered the relationship and then later I became lost. It was eight months, and was a high school relationship that started in december. Anyways, I just don't know how to pull myself together again and get in touch with myself. That and I'm really wanting to socialize with people but don't know how or where?

I carry much wisdom under my belt, but sometimes even the wisest need help.

My mom drives me insane and I don't exactly care about her much. She keeps telling me and my dad how she's going to be leaving soon to her sister's or a woman's shelter but she never does. I would really love it if she left like she keeps saying she's going to do but never does. I'm happier without her around... I don't know why she stays... she knows she's not wanted here.

Not really nice, I know... but my life is always nicer when she isn't around.
