Yes, because it's the only way I have to stay in touch with my younger brother who I love very much, and miss so much my heart hurts. It's a warm feeling to see his little hand-drawn doddles in the corner and see his handwritting, it's very touching to me, because I love him so much.

I send "snail mail" to my siblings and my mom who live in 4 different states 3 times a year. Even though we get together a couple times and year, talk on the phone & e-mail "snail mail" is different. They love it and when I'm a little late sending it they call asking where it is. LOL LOL

snail mail is unreliable, slow and annoying. eventually everything will be in email. that will onyl happen when mail filters get better. emails are fast, reliable, and you can send them to a bunch of ppl at once. no single letter can get any message across as fast and as effectivly as an email. and you can attach programs, links to websites, pictures... the possibilities are endless. the governtment should just cut away the postal service.. they just stopped telegrams now,, so id give snail mail another 100 years, and thats it.

I sometimes do. Mainly I use email which is so much easier. Yet, there are time when you want to write to someone special. I will use "snail mail" to let them know, I spend a bit more time for them.

I have several pen pals. I write with snail mail to those who don't have e-mail or who rather I wrote in person. Other than that, i use e-mail or the phone.

I absolutely do!!! But, I'm a writer, so it's just business as usual for me... A handwritten letter means so much more than just a asinine e-mail.

There is no Spell Check for one thing, and erasing can be messy for another, and finding the stamp and envelope still another, and deciding on just the right stationary paper another. How many anothers do you need? The price of stamps is yet another. Do you have another question?

I do to my best friend and my fiance' because they just tend to be more personal.. and it is always fun to walk out to your mailbox and see a letter addressed to you that isn't bills or junk.
