Marriage & Divorce - 25 July 2006

This is marriage #2. !st one lasted 19 yrs - 3 kids. This one is 3 1/2 yrs and we have a 2yr old. She doesn't know if she wants to stay. Things have been bad for about 1 yr. I have worked 2 jobs since we have been together, she wanted me to quit, but I thought we needed to have the money to get ahead. She is always e-mailing and on the computer or cell phone. She has lots of male friends thru this thing called SCA. She says they are all just friends. They live 2 - 3 hrs away and she only sees them 3 or 4 times a year. Maybe she is just talking and joking. We are in counseling but have not gone together yet. We go together in about 2 weeks. She kisses me good bye in the morning and we do things around the house and have "general" converstaion,,,but thats it. I did put in my notice to quit the other job....just to try and help us out.

my husband was selfish when we got married but it has gotten worse and I have tried to talk to him and its only getting worse..everything has to be what he wants when he wants it or he's complaining. Seems I cant do anything right. My teenage children are complaining too now because he dont even talk to them or acknowledge that they exist. I have been married to this man for 5 months. I wanted to get everyones opinion on what a few things were that every couple should know about each other before getting married. Or even things that married people don't know but wish their spouse did know.These can be anything. How to handle the budget, kids, or even sexual things.
