i dont really like my last name and none of the baby names i like sound good with it....i dont really want to change it to something random so if i get married could i take the womens last name??

Have a ex who is telling people he is taking me to court to get custody of our daughter. I have an injuction, but it is five years old and I was told it can't be changed unless we go to court and the judge rules in his favor. He is very dangroues and fools others easily.We were never married. I have no paperwork saying I have custody but was told I have physical custody. Also that as long as the injuction is in affect he can't come near us. But how do I prove to a judge that he needs mental help and doesn't want custody to see her but to show he still has power over me and my life? what to do?

I found a not on his email to her a while ago where he said he love her loved the way she kissed and a@@oo. I know it is not totally her fault but everytime I see her and that is every sunday I like reliving it all over again. My gut tells me it is not over, however, my husband says it is. My fault with her is she took jewelry money, furniture and this all started when my husband was conselling she and her husband who were having problems. Deep in my heart I suspected this long before I really new. One of the tings I did was ask he one sunday after church in my husbands presence and he told ME to get out. Now he says he doesn't even talk to her> When I told him last night that I feel he has striped me of my dignity there because he talked about me to her (lies such as I didn't want to have sex with him) we were just in the same house together. we have been to counselling but I cannot trust him . will this get better. One reason it is so hard is because he's done it at another church

What can I say to help with the abandonment, self esteem, trust, an loneliness issues. He lets child know, he is having a family party, but "you" can't come. Child keeps hoping, I say he loves you to his best ability, and his ability is not as great as other dads you know. What else can I say? He has told child he wants to give up his parental rights, so he doesn't have to pay child support. Blames child for his present shaky marriage being shaky, as to why he choses to not be there for this child. I am too worn out to go looking for a new man to replace the dad this child's never had in her life, except here and there to his selection of times. With father's day tomorrow, child wants to reach out again. I know he is having the rest of the family over, one of them told me he planned it over 3 weeks ago, and he doesn't intend to spend a moment with this child. How do I distract child from trying to be a part of his day tomorrow, so no pain is felt? Child will be 12 soon.

IN MY CASE, I FEEL IN LOVE WITH MY HUSBAND THEN WE GOT MARRIED. My best friend disagree: it's the other way around, she say.

Anyway her family believes in arrange marriage. Her older sister was married to a man she didn't know, and so was their other cousin's. My best friend Mom wants to set her up with a man from Texas. She is going along with what ever her mother wants because this was how she was raised.

P.S.
Have anyone here, been in the same situation?.................please explain to me, so I won't have to worry so much about her when she go with this stranger.

Someone answered my last question about my marriage with the statement that you can't be loved or love when you don't love yourself. I believe this to be true but how do you build a love for yourself? And to the person that asked if I was faultless, of coarse not, I am the problem, being depressed and negative and overly sensitive.
