I am going through a divorce,but before that happens my lawyer is asking for a QDRO, Qualify Domestic Relations Order. It has been a while and I haven't heard anything yet, I want to know how long does this takes.

I've tried to work with him to keep our family together but I feel he's not giving his all. I have excepted alot of things that others wouldn't have done. ( Child) YES! He got another women pregnant. I found out when the child was 6yrs old and two weeks after I lost my Mom.. Boy, I was devastated. My daughter will be 10 in july. Is she old enough to call and wish mw happy birthday. I understand that when you are that young you play and you dont think of things like that. My feelings are hurt because she has not called. but I think it is my ex wifes dutie to say "you eed to call your dadand wish him happy birthday. to set an example of importance to acknowlege loved ones birthdays. Am I wrong. I believe my ex is doing it just to hurt me. She is the one who committed adultery.

I live in Germany and am getting ready for a year long deployment. My wife flew home to the states to visit her Mother and then to my parents house to spend the year while I am gone. She has been gone for 2 weeks and I got a phone call tonight saying that she had made out with an old highschool friend of hers (female). I was rather upset about this and I started yelling at her over the phone and eventually hung up on her. I sent her an e-mail about trust and how its alot harder to get back than to lose then called her and told her to read it and call me back. I started asking more pointed questions about the encounter and it turns that as she was making out with her friend the girl and her boyfriend were having sex. My first instinct is to go see a lawyer and get the papers in order, but just thinking about that hurts. Our son just turned one a month ago. Please, I need some advice.

we have been together for about 3 years now and have a 2month old together.I my fiancee but it seems like his mother can say and do what she pleases when she wants to and thats OK. I have explained to him that we are all adults and as an afult you have to be responsible for your own actions, he agrees with me but still lets his mommy get away with saying or doing anything......please help not sure what to do and I know I cant deal with this forever without eventually calling his mother on some of the things she is doing...........I would really like to avoid that....

How do you deal with some in your life that's a part of you. You really love them but they are such a problem to you, and have been for 7 years.
