guys always want the easy way out. If they know that by telling the truth, it might cause them some trouble, be it with a girlfriend, wife, whatever, they will take the easy street. Sometimes I can't blame them, because we, as women, may react really strongly. But the bottom line is truth is always better than a lie, no matter how hard it may be. But you should tell him to grow some balls, be a man, and stop ,lying. If he can't handle being honest, then he needs to stop doing things that he feels he would have to lie about.

No ALL men are liars. My ex husband is one of the biggest liars there is; my fiance has never lied to me and probably never will. It is not in his nature to do so. If guys lie, then they are probably insecure or stupid or both.

Not all men are, as not all women are truthful.
You know inside if someone close is lying, confont them and if you still feel same dump them or harvest the grief that follows.
