i hate school . my boyfriend drop out. we both are good at school but school is getting old fast. i love him but he told me to stay in school i can not i need to work.

well me and my friend have been on this diet for a while now because we both want to lose 15 pounds. She's really small and she honestly doesn't need to. And today she told me she wanted to talk to me about something so when I got home I called her and she told me she's been throwing up stuff she's ate. I'm so worried and she told me not to tell anybody but i really want to because thats horrible.

Before you think he is picking on me because I am a nerd, I am not. I have a lot of friends and I am decently popular, I am not ugly and I don't have a giant nose or a billion pimples

Every single day in usually 1 class, he bugs me. I am usually so talkative and bubbly, but because of him, I have learned the less I say, the less chance there is to argue.

For example:

He was bugging me all day with stupid insults. During Art, I was getting paint from the paint area in part of the room. He was blocking me from getting it, so I elbowed him in the ribs. It wasn't hard, I am not a wresteler or a super sporty person that could cause extreme harm, but now every single time I say one little word, he starts arguing about how I elbowed him for no reason. He twists the story so it appeal to him and makes me look like the devil. He insults my artwork, which isn't that mean because I know it sucks, but after I constantly explain it, he still calls it a christmas tree, I am jewish!

She is on a college team and I talk to her after most of her games. We have know each other for about three months. We have emailed each other twice. My real question is, in her eyes am I a fan or a friend. My parents say not to worry about it, and just play it by ear. I'm not a stalker or obsessed, it's just I can't tell when she talks to me that she's trying to do her job and get more fans at the games. Or she really wants to spend time with me. Anyone have advice for me?

I see girls hanging out with there females friends, my mans friends ask me to hook them up with my "so called friend", but in reality I have none. When I was in junior high I had a close friend but when we each went to different HS (we still live in the same city) we just stopped hanging out. Anyway since junior high she always spent more time with childhood friends, but then our frinedship just drift away even though she lives like 10 blocks away.

We call each other and she will always say I will call you back but she never do until a long time after. I just recently called her and she wasn't home and her friend, I mean "so called sister" said she wasn't there and she never called back.

I just feel so sad sometimes because I wish I had friends and I dont. I am real shy and its real hard for a person like me to make friends.

Our town has no community center or similar place for kids to hang out with their friends in a safe environment. I'm planning on attending a town meeting to make suggestions for such an organization & need ideas to propose. What type of activies could we present that kids would like to participate in & be feasible for a small town? I was thinking along the lines of pool tables, double dutch tourny, themed parties, etc. Please share your ideas.

I don't even know how to have fun anymore. I have tis very serious outlook on life. When I was younger I was very disciplined & mature. I stilll am. As a result my parents tend 2 neglect me, b/c they were always busy workin hard. I always felt like I had to prove myself by gettin excellent grades in school, & sometimes I felt like I was not worthy of love or happiness...like I was not good enough. Bein such a serious person & always feelin the need to climb the mountain to get to the top, I would always be workin long &hard, never stoppin to take a break. I kept goin I had the strength. And then when I finally stop there's no one around...they're there but I'm visible to them[my family]. I don't even know what I am workin towards. Well u know, a good career and well-off life. I don't know. When u are so busy workin, you don't think about it. Somehow, I end up feelinglonely even when my family is there. I'm so withdrawn, and serious. I have forgotten how to be a kid, & I'm 16.

I've known most of these people throughout school and at least for a few years and we've always been acquaintances and liked each other but we never really got close. They are always nice to me and I'm always nice to them and we talk a little but usually its just small talk, not much more beyond "hi how are you" and they don't talk to me much but every now and then they do and I think its more that they don't think of me all the time than they don't like me. I'm kind of quiet and shy so it makes sense that they don't think of me. But what makes me wonder is that I have never got invited to do anything with them. I haven't always been quiet, but I got moreso in the past few years and they seem to like me more for it, but I never get invited to anything, even things it seems like half the school gets invited to. And they seem to be more pushy about being friends with other people, like they never tried to convince me to go to prom, so sometimes I think they don't care. But when we worked on a project I was kind of invited, as the last person available, to be in a group, but they said they really felt comfortable with everyone in the group, and I was the only one who wasn't close friends with them, I think just because I'm a nice person they like and admire me. So I think they like me and they were really inviting after that and I wanted to get closer with them but I was so shy and now I think they're sick trying, its understandable, and I think I blew it.

OK, here's how it goes. My bf is up in WA, and I'm down here in LV!!! All my friends are saying I should dump him and move on, 'cause we never get to see each other any more, but I don't really want to. Okay so only serious answers please. I am very depressed i have no one to talk 2 about this. my only friend who is my best friend and my other friend like eachother. I liked her and she likes my friend he told her that he cant go out with her cuz of me (which he made on his own becuz he didnt want to ruin our friendship) and now the girl called me and said that i ruiined her life and she hates me. I am very hurt and i only want my friends to be happy and i no i they went out i wud be very hurt and i cant say how i wud react. *ahem* .. so this alex guy in 3 of my classes at school just started talking to me. we sit beside eachother in one class. and i do talk alot to anyone around me. so u know; it was like regular "classmates."
then one day he asks me if i have aim or anything. so i gave him mine and he gave me his aim, msn, email AND youtube so i was like "okk..." i realize he talks to me ALOT on aim like everyday. one day he asks if i could sit at my table at lunch because "he doesnt like where he sits now" so he does and hes been doing that with 2 of his other friends.
one day on aim he tells me "the only reason i sat there was so i could talk to you." so i block his screenname. he makes up another one.. i block that one. he makes up ANOTHER one. i switch to my other screenname he doesnt know about. he sent me an email then CALLED me. i faked my brothers voice and i said i wasnt home. so now.. i have no choice but to tell him to get out of my life. but how do i do that? i just really cant stand him

well the other day we went to a basketball game with all our friends. we were sitting at a table and she was talking to her mom on my cell phone. her mom made he stay at her dads house cause her mom wanted to party and she kept asking her mom why, why, why, why, but why!!! so i told her to hurry and that i was gonna get in trouble because im not allowed to use my minutes! and she hung up on her mom and threw the phone at me and when i tried to talk to her she told me off and we didnt talk to me for the rest of the night. so the next day she told everybody that were not talking. so i wrote her a letter so be could talk about it calmly and i asked for a truths and she went off and every other word in her letter was the f word and i wrote back trying to be nice and she said that she could hold a grudge. she said that she always lets me use her phone.....and i really dont want to lose my best friend! and in my 1st period class she sits write next to me. is this my fault?
