how to kill jealousy?
n how to make myself dislike someone that i've liked??

There really isn't an effective way to make yourself less jealous just detach yourself from the situation, like take deep breaths and count to ten, or excuse yourself to the bathroom.
To dislike somebody find someone else, or find a habit that they have that repulses you- like if they bite their nails or dont wash their hands

Jess you have asked one of the hardest questions that I will ever try to answer on this venue. I too am very very jealous and it is not based on mistrusting my partner I trust her a lot but that does in no way stop me from being jealous of attention that she gets which is constant and way too touchy feely for my taste. again I do trust the woman but the demons of my imagination refuse to let me alone and I have tried to get rid of that feeling for many many years and have still not gotta it done. I have tried a lot of things but none seem to work so here is what i have come up with as the reasons why that happens to me so much and if I know those reasons then maybe at times I can successfully counteract their outcome.
1. I must be insecure about my own worth.
2. I have an over-active imagination.
3. I say I do but I must not trust her like I say I do.
4. It is now a habit and therefore hard to kick.
5. I need to act mature regardless of my age
6. I need to learn to love stronger to overcome it

in regards to liking someone less that seems to come with time. Occupy yourself with things that you like to to do and friends that you trust and who truly care for you and some of that will go away with time. good luck as jealousy is not a fun thng to live with

to kill jealousy you need TRUST.. to make yourself disliked someone you love is a paradoxial question.. maybe you will try to avoid him.. Also know the things that he dont like in your weakness.. or try to criticizes him.. but take note: if you really like the guy then DONT DO IT!!
