i used to be cute and long 2 inch hair and good lookin face but now i went to boot camp got my head shaved my braces put in and now not much of that is commin around the corner it is like i am just ugly now it is shitty and i feel so down and lonely about it.her name is nickey and her sisters name is kayla and they both are twins and i dont know wich one to choose the one who has a boyfriend or the one who does not if anyone knows nicky tell her someone likes her just dont tell her who:(

Go for the one without the boyfriend. He might just try to remove your braces, and your teeth too.

Unless you know of people who come to yahoo answers that know them, this won't really help.
I'm sure you can't be that ugly- if you went to boot camp you must be fit, and braces aren't a turn-off since almost everybody has them unless you have food stuck in them (which can easily be solved with a tothbrush)
You also seem reasonably sane and nice- someone must like you, or not be completely repulsed by it. The one thing that I've learned is that you have to take risks, or you always regret what you didn't do. So maybe wait a couple of weeks till your hair grows back, and then ask the sister without the bf- even if she says no she will be flattered, and may even come to like you and ask you out.
But if you really want someone, maybe try and find a girl who is perfectly nice and sweet, but maybe not Miss America in looks.
Although few people are legitimately ugly- I'm sure that whatever is wrong can be fixed by good hygene and clean clothes, etc...
