Well its difficult to tell each and every one of them off.. You have simply practice ignorance and dun care too much about them.. They will stop following after sometime when they see no reaction from u.

Wear a gray or white wig and buy yourself a cane. Then if they bother you-you can always hit them over the head. Over your nice clothes put on some big floppy clothes.

find out why the are follow you and ask them to stop if it bothers you tell then stalking is a crime
