well the other day we went to a basketball game with all our friends. we were sitting at a table and she was talking to her mom on my cell phone. her mom made he stay at her dads house cause her mom wanted to party and she kept asking her mom why, why, why, why, but why!!! so i told her to hurry and that i was gonna get in trouble because im not allowed to use my minutes! and she hung up on her mom and threw the phone at me and when i tried to talk to her she told me off and we didnt talk to me for the rest of the night. so the next day she told everybody that were not talking. so i wrote her a letter so be could talk about it calmly and i asked for a truths and she went off and every other word in her letter was the f word and i wrote back trying to be nice and she said that she could hold a grudge. she said that she always lets me use her phone.....and i really dont want to lose my best friend! and in my 1st period class she sits write next to me. is this my fault?

really if she is ur best friend then she should understand. at least u let her use ur phone to call in the 1st place. her holding a grudge is just going to make the situation even worse especially since the situation is over using a cell phone that u did in fact let her use. put I have to give u props for still being nice to her even after she was cursing u out a lot! just remember the good ol'saying kill them with kindness she'll come around soon and this will all be over with if she really cares about ur friendship! GOOD LUCK!

No, ths is not your fault. I think she was simply upset with the situation with her mom....give her a little while to cool down. If she holds a grudge then she wasn't a true best friend....just give her time and a little space.

it depends on how you told her to get off the phone if it was rude like get off my phone now then yeah you are in the wrong but if you said it nicely and told her that you were on minutes then she shouldnt have gotten mad and she really shouldnt be goin off on you if all you did to her was ask her to get of your phone dont lose a friend over something this stupid and dont try to chase after her tell her when she is ready to talk then so are you and try to leave it alone

i don't think it's your fault. i think that she is mad at her mom and her mom not hearing what she was trying to tell her. so, she didn't get her point across to her mom, you shut her off your cell, so, of course, she thinks it your fault. next time she tells you that she can hold a grudge - tell her - maybe you are holding the grudge against the wrong person - do you think you could be mad at your mom and not me -- but it's easier to be mad at me than confronting you mom? she may get mad at you, again, but, i'm sure she'll start thinking the situation over again. i hope she see the light. she is mad at the wrong person.

She is not really angry at you - she is mad at her parents - she is just taking it out on you - give her time to think it through and she will be back!@~
