Two of my friends seem to have been talkin about me behind my back...But one of them admits that he talks about me. The other one is always lieing to me and when I told my other friend, he just told me that I was being snappy and we got in this huge fight. Well another friend wrote him on myspace a really mean message and he told me that he didn't want to be my friend anymore. But the next day he changed his mind and wanted to be friends again.

Over winter break, I decided that there is a certain guy in my school that, for various reasons, I no longer want to be friends with.
I don't know how to go about doing this after school starts, because this person makes me feel really bad and takes my mind off of my schoolwork, and I'm a straight A student.
I do not LIKE him. At all.
When school starts, should I just ignore him?
How would I do that?
Would it be hard if he sits next to me during class and is at my table during lunch?

I gave this person tons of chances, but I hate him.
How do I stop being friends?

Without taking the edge off the season, here is something that I just wondered about.

If you died you can usually count on grieving relatives being there for the services and burial. Who else would be there for you and your family if you were the one in that casket? Would friends, coworkers, and neighbors be there too and in what number?

Ok I was picking up my Childs father from work. When I saw my sisters husband at the gas station. I yelled and said Hi. He said hi back. When i passed him leaving I saw a female in the car. Should i tell my sister? Or should i keep my mouth closed. Cause i stell want to see my sisters children.

okay, here's the story:
my "friend" is someone that i have known for about four years, but, even though i've called her my best friend, I really find her annoying and hard to be around. The problem is that she always takes advantage of me and makes me feel bad, then acts like she didn't mean it, or covers it up with a joke. However, I can't not be friends with her because i will lose a lot of my other friends. Please tell me what I can do to make her feel the way I do.

A guy friend of mine just moved (maybe 2-3 months ago) to this new country and he's in our school now. I try to be nice to him,he's my friend, but he just won't stop talking about how much he misses all his friends back in Australia, showed me a pic of his ex in Australia, kids in Australia are soooo cool, Australia, Australia, Australia!
It's driving me nuts! He won't stop complaining about how "bad" it is here too, and having lived here a whie, it offends me.

Okay well I have this guy-friend, which used to be my crush, that likes me, alot, and we're both not allowed to have BFs and GFs. He wants to become FRIENDS OF BENIFITS with me [not having sex, just kissing, making out, and french kissing]. But the problem is, I don't like him that much anymore. On a scale from 1-10 on how I still like him, its prob. a 4-5. Does anyone have suggestions on either how to tell him I don't like him anymore, or how to say no to the FRIENDS OF BENIFITS without hurting his feelings???

I like this guy and I know that he likes me. But he doesn't know that I like him. He is really my best friend. He is so cute and he always talks to me. We work together side by side. By the way I'm 16 and he 4 years older. He always asks how my day was. We always have a great conversation together. He is hot and sweet to. He is getting me gifts left and right for me and my daughter. I am not attracted to him in any way shape or form. I don't want to be mean, but I don't know how to make him back off. He acts like I'm his girlfriend. He had a jealousy fit at the club, got mad at me and left. I didn't invite him to join my group.

Lots of my friends know I'm really, really ticklish, so they always tickle me. But when we have tickle fights I lose-EVERY SINGLE TIME (but I still enjoy the fights-LOL). Does anyone have any strategies for winning?

This is quite common with me. Often times I will take either a comment, or some kind of action personally and I will often think that anyone (even the nicer of people) are trying to hurt me. I don't know what I can do that will help me to not take things so personally. I've tried to tell myself that nothing is wrong, but I keep thinking back to those moments. What can I do to help myself to see things in a better light?

they talk to you and they are looking you in the eyes and when you talk back to them they are looking all over the place and not paying any attention to what your saying.

how about this one-there on the phone with you,they talk on and on for 5 to 10 minutes and it's all about what they want to talk about.Then when they are finally done talking,you talk for 30 seconds and it's all about them again for 5 to 10 minutes.

Yesterday, I had a Christmas dinner party for some friends, I cooked and we all had a nice time. I have recently booked a 2 week holiday to Thailand, one of my friends called up her daughter and during the conversation mentioned I was going to Thailand. The daughter immediatley reacted with offensive comments like 'so he is going there to sleep with whores' etc etc. Now Ive never been with a whore in my life and was quite offended at overhearing this comment. IM not sure what my next step should be, I've considered emailing the daughter explaining my disgust at her offensive comments or should I just let is pass (maybe she is funny in the head or just drunk).

Everytime my bestfriend says hi to me she grabs my boobs and it's really starting to get on my nerves, I confronted her once about it nicely and she stopped for awhile then like last month she started doing it again. What is a nice way to tell her how I feel about this? I dont want to break -up our friendship over something so little and stupid.

I have accepted that I'll never really be friends with these people, not because I don't like them or they don't like me but because I'm too shy, I thought that this might be a good way to show them I like them, but I spent about $150 in christmas gifts should i still give them?

I have 2 best friends, a guy and a girl. The guy and I dated awhile back and I still love him but I'm not ready for a relationship that's long distance right now, even though I have considered it. I recently found out that despite the fact that he loves me, he has considered dating my other best friend and she has also considered dating him! I feel that there are certain lines that should not be crossed when it comes to dating exs and best friends and I was really upset when I found that out. She says I shouldn't be mad because I dated other people when I had the chance to get back with him (even though we were still far apart). However, he and I had the understanding that we were more than friends and would do just about anything for each other. I don't think that she should even consider dating and vice versa. Am I in the wrong for being mad at the two of them wanting to date knowing how much I still care about him and how much he cares about me? I'm not quite sure what to do

Should I Switch Schools?
I have gone to private school my whole life. Im in 9th grade and next year Ill be at a public highschool. If I switch to the public jr. high Ill be there for only like 5 months. Alll my good friends have left my private school for other schools and the friends I have there I have grow apart from and don't have very many classes with.
If I switch schools I think I will be happier & its alot larger than my school : my 9th grade class right now has 71 people in it who I have been with since elementary the public school has 521 in 9th grade and I can name 100 people there I know and 3 of my bestest friends go there & 4 of my cousins.My friends think Ill be popular but I dont really care if Im popular or not I just want to make new friends and be happier and more prepared of highschool and get out of the school that Im in.
What do you think ?

Ive been wanted to leave my school for a year & a 1/2.

I was really good friends with this woman for about 2 years. Well, I hadn't seen her in about 6 months and she said she really missed me and wanted me to come visit her. I actually had other plans but she really insisted I come and I did want to see her so I went. Anyway, when we met I was going through a really hard time in my life and was pretty depressed. She had always been really kind towards me and protective. Well, now I'm doing much better but this time when I went to see her she was being really critical and pointing out all my flaws. It really started to piss me off because she's not perfect either but I don't point out all the things that are wrong with her. I believe in lifting people up. Anyway, I want to end the friendship but I don't know how. Should I tell her or just stop taking her calls? I'm kind of sad about it but actually more pissed off because a real friend accepts you as you, don't you think?

I have this ex firend of mine who is basically making fun of me and the way I like a new guy every week. I have been broken up with by the guy who I liked a lot and I have been having trouble lately. Its ok for her to ramble on and on about how her exboyfriend doesnt love her and how he has a new girl and everything but its not ok for me to talk about my guys. All my other friends have already said its ok because they know what I am going through. I already cut her out of my life. She is dating my exboyfriend supposidly and its making me very mad. I have been in love with the guy I like for fifteen years and I love him but it hurts me when this girl makes accusations and starts saying stuff about me on Yahoo. What do you think I should do? I wasnt bright in highschool and i want to go to community college to be closer to home but my friend told me i was too stupid to do anything in life such as become a doctor or a lawyer etc.Now its been 2 years and im holding off college because i think im going to fail.
