she has been spiteful and deceitful, telling other people stuff about me that isnt true, but to my face she pretends to be my freind. Recently there has been slips of paper found around where i live accusing myself and my partner of growing cannabis plants in our loft .some were even found outside my 5 year sons school. This is a lie.
The ''paper trail'' leads directly to her.
Now, she knows I know it was her and she also knows that i know what she rearly thinks of me and how much it has upset and angered me and my family. After all I thought she was my freind.
Has anyone got any idea what I could do apart from smashing her flipping head in, as I dont want to be left with a criminal record.
She is a nasty peice of work and needs to be taught a lesson. What would you do????????

well recently my friend has been becomming friends with some of her old friends, i dont mind that but also she just got dumped by a guy she REALLY liked.. and she like completely ignores me on the bus cuz she's too busy talking to one of her ex friends.. and then during school she is like barely hanging out with me.. well she does but im always the one who gets left out when we in big groups and usualy whenever i talk she interupts me and starts her story.. and everyone usualy pays attention to her but not me.. then whenever i confront her about this she gets all crabii and starts cussin at me and all this crap. she has recently started cussin ALOT.. like she says f**** in every sentance usualy.. and its in this horrible nasty voice.. then today when i was on the phone with her like i was telling her all these stories of what happened at school and she didnt even like laugh at funii parts that she usualy would have laughed at or all that & when i was done she was just all quiet

My best friend and her boyfriend broke up like in September and he moved like in May to Washington. Their relationship was going good until he found someone else and dumped my best friend for that one girl. I have recently lost contact with a friend who I really did love. Now I am finding hard, very hard to accept that I cannot replace my friend. There will never be anyone like the person who I loved, but circumstances put us in two different countries, I didn't get the new contact deatails before I left Tunisia as I was due back before that person had moved. I was back but I just couldn't get in touch as the phone networks were down. Now this person has moved away. I am hurt. To top things up on the day i found out that the person had moved I came accross the song Lonely by Akon, now that is all I will play. How can I move on?

I am a person where, i dont exactly have any guys as friends, but i want to. (or so to speak) I'm kinda shy and I want to be more outgoing and fun and talkative. I'm tired of being the quiet one who never gets invited anywhere. I want more friends and I want to go out and have fun. I don't necessarily want to be "popular" but I definitely want to not be afraid of people so much. How can I become more outspoken? My best-friend and I meet a new girl which were have hung out with for a few weeks! We were all invited to a party. The new girl sat on my husbands lap and put her arms around him, and whispered in his ear! Which upset my husband and I. I said something to my bf about and she said it was not a big deal! So today, during lunch at school, my friends and I were in a group. I'm 13 (8th grade) and while we were talking, the "leader" of our group had happened to say "(insert girl's name here) wears her pants up to her nipples" because she wears her pants high while she was walking behind him. She's very nice and she sits next to me and class and I like her(not as in girlfriend, but as she is nice to me, etc). So when she hears, she starting walking quickly towards her friends and she started crying. Two of her friends she went to are the two girls i like (as in girlfriend). I know they saw me with them and i'm afraid those two girls won't like me now, because they think that we were making fun of her even though I just felt really bad for the girl and even told the guy who said that unnessesary phrase to shut up. I don't think she heard, but I don't think I have a fighting chance with either of the girls now. What should i do? I really like them...

hey i am 22 and i have been sexually abused by my uncle and my dad. My dad denies it the cops beleive him and my mom too. My uncle admitted it and had to wear a thingy around his ankle. Than my parents just told me yesterday that they are getting separated because they are going different ways in life. I am so hurt by the separation i dont know cuz all i talk to is my mom who will talk to me. I have not had coucelling for abuse and i know i stuffed down inside lots? Can a church help me, like last time they gave me a book and went on that i need something more feeling based. The book was the bondage breakers by niel anderson. Can i be helped if i dont even know what is hidden inside me?

I was never blessed with a child but have spoiled all my nieces and nephews and step children. I would give anything to have one of my own to hold and call me mommy but it wasn't in God's plans for me. Then I read and hear of all these children being thrown into garbage cans and left in the streets and it breaks my heart. The welfare sytems are set up so they think if you aren't wealthy enough you can't give a child love. I would sacrifice all that God gave me for the opportunity but I don't make enough money they say. What more does a child need than unconditional love and guidance? Isn't there someone out there that feels the same way? My friends make fun of me because they say I take in all strays . Cats,dogs,kids,anything that comes to my door will be fed something and if needed a warm place to sleep. Why are they making it so hard? Then you read about foster parents who take money for giving the children a place to stay and abusing them. I wouldn't ask them for anything.
