I'm guessing you don't like "preppies." I'm also guessing she equally dislikes whatever you consider yourself. If you want to "talk nicely" then put that aside and get to know her as a real person beyond the superficials. Respect her and be polite. Maybe you won't like her, but you must at least make an effort to get to know her beyond your assumptions.

I've been trying to figure this one out for years. (Kidding.) Just try to keep subject matter neutral and if you feel funny just ask to go sit down for a minute or so. Then get back in the ring and finish the job. Try to smile, be nice, and it'll be over before you know it.

if you mean that YOU don't like HER...I have that same problem....just be nice and maybe compliment her clothes..if she is a prep she will love talking about her clothes!!!!
