You definitely should try seeing a therapist. It sounds like your dad and uncle were both victims of abuse themselves. Some churches have qualified people who can help, some do not. Keep searching until you find a professional who can help you. You deserve help and its out there for you.

I'm 22 too and I am not a therapist...but I think it would be important for you to speak to someone who knows how to help. I went to a therapist when I was younger and I think it helps very much to talk to someone and be able to be open with someone that knows how to help and you can talk about your family and problems and know that it won't be discussed with them unless you want it to be discussed. Talk to your mom and tell her you'd like to talk to a therapist. It isn't a good idea to keep that stuff hidden, the sooner you work through some of the troubles deep inside of you, the sooner you can start feeling and living a 'normal' life - or a happy and stress free one . . . good luck - find a way to love life - and mend your troubles - you only have one life to live - I'm so sorry and sickened by your dad and uncles behavior - if they ever comes close to you again - rip it off

Yes, Darlin there is much power in Christ our Lord. Churches offer Psycological Therapy (Physical Therapy is for your body not your mind, I'm am sorry I have to correct that). Psycologists are the people to see for counsiling. Church Ministers, Preachers, Preists, etc. are usually better than a Psycologist and many times they have a Ph.D. and are Medical Psycologists. Please talk to someone in your church, make appoinments to see them and continue to find your peace through God. I know no words can make this easier for you darlin, but I promise, God can make everything new and better than it ever was. God Bless YOU!!!

You do not need to see a physical therapist honey. You need to see a therapist. A physical therapist are for people who break bones and ligaments to get back to health. Good luck

if you can, go to a physical therapist. they may not say much, but they can help you figure out what happened and why you feel the way you do. that is a terrible case and im sorry for what is happening. best of luck!
