So today, during lunch at school, my friends and I were in a group. I'm 13 (8th grade) and while we were talking, the "leader" of our group had happened to say "(insert girl's name here) wears her pants up to her nipples" because she wears her pants high while she was walking behind him. She's very nice and she sits next to me and class and I like her(not as in girlfriend, but as she is nice to me, etc). So when she hears, she starting walking quickly towards her friends and she started crying. Two of her friends she went to are the two girls i like (as in girlfriend). I know they saw me with them and i'm afraid those two girls won't like me now, because they think that we were making fun of her even though I just felt really bad for the girl and even told the guy who said that unnessesary phrase to shut up. I don't think she heard, but I don't think I have a fighting chance with either of the girls now. What should i do? I really like them...

Oh. I forgot to mention that all of my friends told my friend who said that to go and apologise and he did. I don't know if she accepted or not.

maybe if you arent the shy type tell the girl that got made fun of that it wasnt you who made fun of her and that you told her that you told the other guy to shutup. trust me a girl likes the feeling that she is being protected like that. and for the other girl that you like like. i think you should tell her your real feelings for her.hope it helps

well i guess you will just have to act dumb for the time being and pretend that nothing like tht has ever happened. until and unless the girls bring it up themselves.. else you don't say a word about it. but if they do ask or confront you about it, then you should explain to them that you have got nothing to do with it. if she is a considerate person then she will listen to you but if she doesn't then perhaps you are better off going after a girl with better sense.. good luck.

Don't sweat it. If you feel bad, go up to her and privately tell her that you were not involved with that comment and didn't say anything about her.
I think you should get to know her friends too and show them that you're a great guy. If they see for themselves that you are a good guy then maybe they will like you as much as you like them. :)

Wow.
I say to apologize yourself, so they see how mature you are. Just be like
"I'm sorry for what he said the other day, that was really immature and rude." and that should work.
They'll realize how nice you are to think about apologizing, even though you didnt do or say anything.

Call or talk to them and tell them what happened. Tell them that you could not be sorrier that that happened and ask if there is anything that you can do to make it better. Be a gentleman and respectful and you will win hearts and minds. Good luck
