I feel I've finally reached a part in my life when I am living life for myself rather than putting someone else's concerns first, but now I am faced with taking care of my elder mother. It is frustrating and difficult juggling my life and taking care of her needs ~ she is impossible to please.

I just got out of a long relationship, 4 years and three months, she divorced me but still lives with me, she tells me that I am a perfect friend and loves sex benefits but we just can't be married to each other!

She began to date others a day before the filing of the divorce but everytime she would come back home she would have sex with me!!

I stopped the sex thing about three months ago since it was hurting my feelings!!

For the past month this girl at work has been sending weird signals and I like her a lot! I asked her out and she declined so I began to go out and decided maybe some time alone and clubbing would be best, but now she is again sending signals and don't know if to wait and see what happens or to move on and just have fun!!

I really like her and know that it would be a bit serious with her because she has kids. I don't want the kids to get hurt but I really like her, besides the physical attraction I also like that she is very smart!!

Please help!!

My brother talks about hanging my guinea pigs and eating them and stuff and he seems to take pleasure in it. My guinea pigs are like one of the biggest highlights of my life. Sometmes I am suicidal but then I think, hey! I still have my piggies with me! I'm not sure if my brother means to kill them or not but I know he hates them (although I know he doesn't hate me) so I can't help but think he will. I don't know what to do because everyone says he won't do it and he is just teasing. But is talking about killing innocent (and cute) critters kiddish teasing, or is it sick minded and cruel? What should I do about this?
PS. I can't use violence. My mom would just KILL me!

First, understand this is a girl I'm in love with commenting to a friend of hers on myspace who's boyfriend broke up with her. This came off a blog:
"well, i think everything you said in that was a 100% true! there is no perfect relationship. but you have to remember that your not the only one in the relationship the girl always puts 110% into their relationships and most boys dont. its not fare to us that we get hurt and they act as if everything is just great! we have to learn to only put in as much as we get. he should have called to talk about, if he really cared. so i think you should not worry about it, cause he needs to be the one to make the next move, if there is one."
All I did to the girl in the above comment was love her. That's why I didn't try that hard to go out with her. That's why I was afraid when she said she was falling in love with someone else, I told a friend, and just for her to find out and get mad at me and not talk to me for 11 months. I've said sorry

Hi there, I've been with my girlfriend now for over 2 years,usually things are ok. We have been living in different cities for a while now, we are in different universities, I'm at oxford she is in london. Problems keep cropping up though, she is regularly moody, or depressed. I feel as though I can't take any more of her complaining anymore, that sounds hard, but I'm not being mean. She is always going on about things we need to work on, always makes me seem like the bad guy because I'm busy, or I'm not "emo" or "random" enough. She never seems to acknowledge that some things are her fault.
Then there is this guy, John, who she is becoming friendly with. It turns out she asked for his number, got dressed up for him, calls him sweetie.
I'm going crazy, I feel as though she shows me no respect, because she knows I love her and will take any **** from her. Are we doomed? It's not as bad as it might sound, we just keep going through phases,makes me feel like giving up.

Help! My boyfriend and I, together a year and a half, and I love him very much, but his family is difficult. His brother just got married to a VERY competitive and insecure girl. I don't trust her and she puts me down to make herself look better in front of his parents. His parents are also very critical of both of us. I'm 25 and I have a master's degree, a job, my own place, but I don't like to jog (who cares), I'm not good with babies (because I don't have any!), my bf's apartment is messy--and somehow this is my fault--we don't even live together! I have to prove myself to them all the time and it is unbearable!
My boyfriend is 33 and he thinks I need to toughen up. He doesn't seem to notice or care when they talk down to me. We talk marriage but I have told him that I don't think my life will be very happy unless he sticks up for me.They're critical of him, too, so I feel sorry for him sometimes. But these people drive me crazy! Should I just leave? Give an ultimatum?

this year, my boyfriend and i are in totally different high schools. we're in nearby towns and live right near each other though. I only get to see him on weekends, and vacations...like 1 time a month. the problem is, his best friends (also mine) hit on me.
