Wait, I'm confused, is she your cousin or your sister or your cousin's sister?.
Well, either way, if she is your blood relative, that is definently not an ethical union. It's called incest.

In the USA there are some states (less than half) that do not allow 1st cousin marriage. All states allow for 2nd cousin marriage. Mexico, Canada, UK, etc. allow for 1st cousin marriage without restriction. Please see links for more info on cousin marriage.
"No European country prohibits marriage between first cousins. It is also legal throughout Canada and Mexico to marry your cousin. The U.S. is the only western country with cousin marriage restrictions."
"Children of non-related couples have a 2-3% risk of birth defects, as opposed to first cousins having a 4-6% risk."
"Current studies indicate that cousin couples have a lower ratio of miscarriages "
"It is estimated that 20 percent of all couples worldwide are first cousins."
"We are all cousins. No two people are more distantly related than 50th cousins."

There is a slight increase in the chance of abnormality of your offspring. If it's not against the law where you live, go for it. Get genetic checks done on the fetus when your cousin gets pregnant.

I believe that this can be morally wrong. People should look for people who are not in your bloodline. If you do marry her, chances are your children will be deformed or be prone to diseases. the reason why people marry out of their bloodline is that people naturally look for people who are different from them so that their children are protected from a wider range of diseases. But if you are really in love with her, go for it
Good Luck

There is no scientific genetic prohibition against marrying
your cousin....1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc etc...None at all...
This has been known for at least a decade....
There are still a lot of people ignorant to this FACT....

Wouldn't your cousins sietr be your cousin too? If it's your cousin's step sister then theres nothing wrong with it. It is odd though.

well, in this day and age you couldve broadened your scope of available partners for one thing. having children is a risk and possibly 'stigma' attached to being born of cousins.
are you first cousins? of course you will understand one another...you have lots of ancestral commonalities...!! lol

Close relatives should not marry. Something in the blood effects the children in an adverse way.
