So I went over to my guy friend's to cheer him up, he'd been depressed for quite a while. We talked and discussed girls he is interested in and he seemed a little happier. Somehow he ends up on the couch with me and before I know it, he's kissing me and putting his hand up my shirt.
I made it abundantly (but not violently) clear that I wasn't interested and left. We've talked about it repeatedly, trying to remove any akwardness from our friendship, but I'm still really uncomfortable when he hugs me or looks at me.
What should I do?

I have a crush someone in my computer class and i think he knows that i like him but oi don't know what to do? He's nice and funny and i'm his friend too so i really don't know what to do but then i want to stay single because i want the guy to come to me instead of me going to the guy so i'm probubly going to wait.

these guys mercilessly make fun of me in class and I need some things I can say back to them to scare them off. or even better, embarrass them. usually they twist my words into something else or make fun of me even more and i just hate it cuz i end up looking like an idiot in front of everybody cuz I can't think of anything to say.

how can you tell if a guy is stimply stringing you along or if he actually has good intentions? When guys tell you one thing and do something totally opposite, it's confusing. This is EXACTLY why guys start to give "men in general" the cold shoulder. Guys ask you to give them a chance and they turn out to be an a**. What gives?

I have been with this man on and off for 7 years we have a 5 yr old son. We recently got back together but he is living with his parents cause his mom had a stroke she is about 75 and his dad is about 80 he refuses to come and live with me and his son but he also doesn't want to see his son unless he has time to get away from his parents sometimes it is weeks and months before he has time to see him. He says his parents need him and they come first but he loves his son. He has other brothers who dont have children but none of them will help out. I work and dont have time to drive out to his place which is pretty far. He tells me I am wrong for expecting him to walk away from them just to be with me and our son. I feel like my son should be more important and he owes it to his son to be a father first and his parents are all for him staying with them and not with his son. His dad is able to drive and is in good condition. Is he right or am I just wrong?

I ask this question because I feel like I havent been the best person to my girlfriend. We've been together fort3 yrs now and it's been really rough this third year. I seem to want to push her away when I am upset. I knwo you people are thinking I don't want to be with her but honestly she means the world to me. I dont know what I would do without her. Recently there has been some very hurtful things done to her on my part and I feel as though my whole relationship is going down the drain. I want to save it but I dont know how. Sat. is my 42nd birthday. My boyfriend of 14 years ( we have 2 kids) left me 3 months ago. I don't know what to do for my birthday. The kids will be with their dad. All of my friends are married. I work all day Sat. I would like to go out after work. Is it pathetic to go have a drink by myself, and then maybe go to a movie. Who goes out by themselves on their birthday? I don't have my parents anymore they both died last year. And my brother is out of state, or I would visit them. I feel like a loser. Or should I just stay home? What do you think? I think what it is is that they get jealous because they have no ryhthem and women's eyes light up when they watch a man that can dance. So when they feel inferior and jealous, the only thing they have left is to cut the dancing man down to try to make himself look good in his wife's eyes. The whole while his wife cannot take her eyes off of you when you are dancing.

Is that about right people?

work with this girl. I started liking her, she seemed interested(clumsy around me, STEALING GLANCES, the whole EYE CONTACT GAME*, smiling at me) we started talking, became friends. I ask her out, didn't work..

Lately I been calling her, and since she’s been playing “hard to get” attitude with me, so I did the SAME. she only want s to talk about work related things, nothing flirtish* or personal. Doesn’t smile when we talk. and we try to ignore each other. and NOW IT’S KILLING ME. I thought I could ignore her, just be friends, but when she ignores me back. I can't take it.) it HURTS!

What did I do wrong? What can I do now? I liked her and she liked me back.

I was thinking maybe write her a letter and pour my heart into it? or say sorry if i did something wrong? and tell her i wasn't looking for a serious relationship if that's why she got scared.

Hi everyone. I know there are some really light hearted questions, etc on here, but I have quite a serious quertion, and I'd appreciate any advice.

Basically the situation is this: my brothers girlfriend is pregnant. She has dumped him because she was told he was snogging other girls and flirting when he was out with mates one night.

My bro insists he is innocent and I believed him, although I had my suspicions before. I hacked my brothers emails (boohiss yes I am mean) and sure enough I found more than one 'suspect' email. Basically there was a msg in his history asking this girl to come over when he had a free house.

I have now refused to stick up for my brother - I refuse to try and get his girlfriend to change her mind. I wouldn't stay with someone who cheated on me baby or no. and now I know my brother has lied so why should I defend him?

Now everyone is asking why I am not defending my brother. What can I say? Please help. This is driving me crazy!!

Would you ever pursue/date someone (of the opposite sex) that you knew was bisexual?

We can say I have a vested interest in this. I, myself, am fine with it as long as it becomes/stays monogomous between us.

A girl told me that she is not interested in me "in that way." We hung out a few nights ago and she later referred to it as a date. But she says we're just friends. There is some minor flirting involved. There is more to the story, but to be frank, I just don't know what's going on in her head. What I want to know is...if a woman tells you that she is not interested in that way, but still wants to be friends...is it possible that she can change her mind down the line? We still don't know each other that well and I would like to get to know her better. If I befriend her and get close to her, is there a chance for me? I really like her and I'm willing to be as patient as I have to be.
