how do u know if a guy likes u??

there is this guy and he looks at me alot.so is that a sign that he likes me or not?
please help!!!!!

he must find you as an interesting/attractive person if he stares at you. ^_^v

get to know him or find out about his personality from other ppl to find out his true motives.
