Ok so I haven’t seen my boyfriend for a month IT’S NOT a long distance relationship and im not going to bother because I always make the effort with no results. So anyway I have been trying to call him and stuff but he wasn’t picking up my calls...so I decided to get some attention by telling him I’m going on holiday for 2 - 3 weeks which IS A LIE.....so I sent him a text telling "im going holiday tmrw so i'll see you when i see you" the second I send that text he decides to call me but I don’t pick up, he left over 10 missed calls and a voicemail say “im evil and he couldn’t believe I was doing this and told him in the last minute and it would have been nice to see me before I go”

Do you think I’m evil? My family do! Keeping in mind his phone is always off and he has stood me up many times before!

I'm a freshman in college and am currently single. I'd like to meet someone but I don't know how to tell if a girl is checking me out. Maybe I'm asking the wrong question. But I was just wondering if anyone could offer me help on how to tell if a girl might find you interesting from a distance. I've only made one effort to talk to a girl but unfortunetly she had a boyfriend. So is there anyway in advance I could know if a girl is interested or checking me out?

I tried to go for it and talk to this girl I've been missing for the longest time. I hadn't been bugging her, we said hi occasionally, I thought things would be cool between us. I tried to talk to her, I said Hey how are you? She said nothing. I tried to talk about how she was helping with something (she was inactive at the moment). Still nothing. How did you feel about turning 30?
It's my birthday today and I'm 30. Personally, turning 30 for me so far is no big deal (although, I can't believe how fast the years have gone!). For people turning 30 how do you feel about it? People who have yet to get to 30, how do you think you will feel? When one of my aunties turned 30, she cried! Other people I know when they turned 30 were very proud of 'reaching a milestone' in their lives. Can you tell me your feelings? Thanks.

A couple of weeks ago I wanted to know people's thoughts about online dating. I was surprised at how many negative responses I received. With the emerging popularity of sites like Match.com and eHarmony, I'd assumed that it was much more of an acceptable thing to do. I dated one guy I met online about 3 years ago. It only lasted a month but he was a fairly nice, normal guy. We just weren't right for each other. I have several friends that have had success with it.

The thing is that I keep hearing stuff like "it's only for losers who can't get anybody" or "you'll get raped and murdered." But how is online dating any worse than dating any other way? I met both long-term boyfriends I've had in a bar when I was half-drunk. How is that better than meeting someone online?

My current circle of friends consists overwhelmingly of people in committed relationships. This provides me with an alternative.

Of course there are weirdos online, but there are weirdos in the "real world" too!

Just got the word that my reservist son will be stationed for 3 months on base before being sent to Iraq for approx 7 months (tentative date, ironically is, 9/11).

I'm going thru such a range of emotions...how did you cope? What, if anything, helped you deal with it? He's my youngest son & we've always been close. I cried for a month straight when he was away at bootcamp!

Hey, so theres this guy in my Algebra 2 class. He's a senior.and I'm a sophomore.So I kinda have a crush on him.or maybe more.but anyway, he used to sit next to me.when he did, he always used to joke around w/me and make fun of me and kinda bother me on purpose.now that we sit way apart from each other since we have new seating charts now, he comes to my desk almost every day and just listens to what I'm saying to my friends around me.I look behind and he's there just eavesdropping on me on purpose.and today when he got up to turn in his test, he touched me with his pen across my arms on the way to the teachers desk and on the way back.oh god idk, I don't know if he likes me or not.any idea, girls out there? how do you know if a guy likes you or not?

I'm 29, he's 28 (his b-day was last week).

We met out 6 yrs ago. We grew apart and then started seeing each again this past Christmas.

I thought we were progressing to the gf/bf stage, but one night I heard him call me his friend. Well, he went out of town for work and I called him the night he was supposed to get in (we spent tons of time together when he was home from work).

He had come to our city then left and went to his parents' house 45 mins away. I called him and he blew me off. I said screw him (well, words more harsh than that) and put him outta my life.

About 6 weeks later, this afternoon when I got home, I checked my voicemail and he left a message @ 8am. I returned his call and he answered saying he'd call me back in a little bit... but that was H-O-U-R-S ago.

What gives? He didn't want to talk, then did, now doesn't???
