What are you talking about? Do you mean doing a financial discovery? You can't do that if he is your EX husband. You can only have a financial discovery done when you file for divorce. If you are already divorced (and that is when he becomnes an EX) it's too late. You can't do it after the fact if you didn't have your lawyer do it at the time you filed and now you believe he had "hidden" money that is your own fault. You are not entitled to anything else after you signed the divorce papers.

You probably can if you search and look hard enough. What kind of discoveries does he have to be discovered if I may ask? This sounds kinda interesting and fun:) Good luck in finding them.
