I'm a freshman in college and am currently single. I'd like to meet someone but I don't know how to tell if a girl is checking me out. Maybe I'm asking the wrong question. But I was just wondering if anyone could offer me help on how to tell if a girl might find you interesting from a distance. I've only made one effort to talk to a girl but unfortunetly she had a boyfriend. So is there anyway in advance I could know if a girl is interested or checking me out?

mostly it wont be like in the movies with the full body stare.
i found out that eye contact is the biggest one!
she stares at u (make sure its u lol) then stare back. she smiles then yay not then wait. of course dont make it awkward;
