be carefull here.
post an add in the news paper. will only cost a couple of dollars.
state in the add. john smith, you have abandoned your property in my home for 3 months. property will be sold for storage 30 days from today.
then after the 30 days she can do what ever she wants with it.

I am not sure if she can sell it or not. Be very careful and call a real estate agent as they may be able to help guide her to the right people to ask about this. Does her roomate own the condo free and clear or does she owe a mortgage on it if i may ask? Also she needs to contact the ex roomate again and give her 30 day notice in writing somehow to get her stuff and if she does not then take care of it as you see fit.... Good luck to you.

I'm not sure why you put this in the Marriage & Divorce category because it is a legal question. Any way, laws on this type of thing vary from state to state...talk to a local attorney instead of relying on this forum.
