If you're trying to get out of an abusive household, and you tell one of the adults you're leaving, and they become upset and have a heart attack (becuase of either sadness or happiness, you know, general emotional ill health), whether they survive or not, is the other adult allowed to sue you for it?

for the past few months i was wearing my hair with a bang, but recently changed it and got rid of the bang.. when i asked my boyfriend what he thought he said my new look made me look "too cute" whereas the one before made me look cute, but conservative.... what does he mean by saying "too cute doesn't pay sometimes, huh??

Iv'e applied to do a nursing course at university and have got an offer to go to the university that i wanted, but the only problem is my parents don't want me to go! This is because the university is in a big city which i suppose has its muggings/knive crime etc. and i would have to be travelling around the city early in the morning and late at night to get to placements at hospitals. I can see where they're coming from as i don't really want to be standing in an isolated train station at 5 in the morning but i don't want to lose the opportunity of going to this uni. My parents would sooner me go to a smaller uni which i've also got a place for but it's not exactly the course i want and i like the idea of going to a big city. They say they're just worried about me and i understand that but how can i convince them that i really want to go?

Okay me and my boyfriend are both 15 years old, and I know thats young, we pretty much never get to see each other outside of school because my dad thinks that i'm going to get played and all that my boyfriend wants is sex. But my b/f says that he doesn't mind the whole sex thing, but he'd rather not risk losing our relationship because he thinks that he really does love me. I really do believe him, because we talk ALL the time, and i'm not joking, I'm always on the phone or computer with him when i'm not at school. We've been together a month, why would he stay with me knowing that he probably won't be able to see me much, if he just wants to get in my pants?! How can I make my dad see that this guy is real and not like all the rest?? I believe that I actually love him and he loves me, and even though we're young, we really want to make this last, but my dad wants me to break up with him! And I'm not going to do that!

Well there's this guy I'm apprenhenive about. Well he works at my gym, and there was alot fliritng action going on.He gave me his number, and I called him and he told me that i was very attractive, and invited me to workout with him, and to attend church..and that if i ever wanted to go out too a movie or hang out to call him..so I called him, and we made plans but he ended up cancelling so we set it up for the following week..and oops again we ended up not going out once again..so then he tells me "He'll let me know when he is available" and I'm like okay..sothe following week we talk this is all by text messaging by the way and I tell him to call me..and he tells me he can't dial out. and to call him ..and so i call him and we talk for an hour. And I find out that he's 25 and he still lives at hom, hasn't had a girlfriend in six years..hasn't had sex in a year,hasn;t finished school, but oversees his family church that he's heavily involved in....so my question is what do you think

My boyfriend and I have been going out for a little bit longer then a month. He used to call me everysingle night and now he only calls me once in a while. I see him a little bit at school but hardly because we have no classes together. I havent been able to hang out with him because hes been grounded. He just got off grounding today. Last friday I was mad at him b/c he said he would call the night before and didnt. We got in a little arguement on friday and I tought he didnt like me anymore and someone told him that. Apparently that rly upset him. okay, my boyfriend and i have been dating for a while now, and weve kissed before but just pecks, and now he and i seem to be scared to try anything else. (or even bother kissing again.) we seem to be getting shyer and shyer. why is this? it really worries me because does that mean that this isnt supposed to work out? im pretty sure i love him.. emotionally that is...infact, im sure i do. but if that is so, then why is it so hard to get myself to kiss him, or, why wont he kiss me? should it be this difficult? i know he feels bad about it but hes naturally shy at things like this..
