today i sang in front of my enitre school with my choir...

i sang Dont Laugh at Me... which is ironic considering my situation... i had a solo and a half... i sang the first line very well... the music played and then my next solo was horrible because someone took a picture and it flashed i my face and i heard laughing so i thot someone was laughin at me so igot nervious and i started shaking and then my note was flat and shaky...

worst part is, my crush who i talked to just earlier was sitting in the second row, 4 feet from me. and he heard the whole shaky mess along with the good solo... so what now? i told him i was good. but that wasnt much of a good performance... i thot i sounded like a goat.

secondly this girl i know who usta be my friend said "jess has a solo? im not going, i have heard her sing and shes not very good"
so pretty much i wanted to prove her wrong, and i mtie have but still i felt really bad when i sang bad bcuz it only proved her point.
what do u think?

Okay some women in my family live by the saying "date for fun but marry for money if you want a happy life.The other women go by what my moms said which is to marry for love but to look for someone at our class level (upper middle class) and it would not kill anyone if you went for higher up.I am very confused and fear that i may have gotten engaged to my bf of 3 yrs for the wrong reasons?Many of the reasons i like my bf are finacially based and i think i love or like him as a good friend .The reasons i dated him was because i new he was smart so he had potiental, his family had money, and he would take care of in a serious relationship.I feel like maybe i am not in love with him as much as what he has to offer?

My divorce will be final, after waiting and fighting it out for 27 months, a week from this comming Friday. We haven't decided if we are going to celebrate with the friends who have been here for us durring this harrowing time or celebrate alone. I'd like some ideas on how we can make this time more memorable.

For further details.....my first husband found me again after 18 years apart just when his second marriage had ended and mine was comming to a messy end. We have been back together since Dec. 2004. Turned out neither of us had been able to forget the other and we had each spent the interviening years still loving and missing eachother. We do plan to remarry sometime in the future.
Any ideas will be very welcome!

My bf is 16 and I'm 17. We've been together for a 1yr and a half. He lives across the street, we ride the same bus, go to the same school, and even have some classes together.

The thing is, for the past half a year he's been a real jerk keeps saying he'll change but he never does and I always go back to him. He makes me cry almost every day but when I break up with him...the next day at school he follows me around apologizing with very convincing stories. I always run back because I don't know what to do. It hurts me to just ignore him and I love him and I think he loves me but things are so bad. He doesn't even make a lot of effort to get me back. He acts mean sometimes while he's trying to call me back and apologize or something. How do I stop this? I wish that he would just change so we could be happy but that's not happening. What do I do? You all have NO IDEA how HARD it is to leave this guy. I know it's for the best but its SO HARD.

I bought a ring for my boyfriend. When somebody asks about it I always say how much it cost when it is unneccessary. Is that wrong? He feels that I'm bragging, but I feel that I'm only expressing that I care about him enough to spend that much money. Is that wrong for me to tell others how much I spent on it?

Well there is this girl that sits next to me in class and she was wearing open sandals today. So just for fun I stuck my foot out near her. I saw her look down and then she started wiggling her toes. So i started to move my foot closer and closer and she kept wiggling them toes but the bell rang before anything happened. At lunch I sat across from her with only a few minutes left and she kept looking down and looking at me but she kept her feet still from what i saw. Is it me or would all of us be more helpfull if when people asked questions they gave us alittle more basic info like their age or how long they have been married or dating etc. Often times we don't have any idea whether we are answering to someone that is 13 or 23 or 63 and it makes a difference...so I know this is more of a rhetorical question and doesn't really need answering but can we all start doing that?

My bf and i dated for 7 or 8 monthes, and i loved him very much. then i started to miss being single, and i sort of like sum1 else. I called my bf to talk to him about it to see if he was feeling the same way, and he said he was. so we decided to break up and talk about this agian in a week. I'm struggling alot, i still care about him and everything has changed since it happened. i still have a couple of days to decide. I feel like i love him, but my brian is telling me i need something else, i do want something else, but the rest of me doesnt. i feel really torn. i think the best thing is to move on and find some one else. but i miss him already. and plus the more i think about it, wats the point of seeing some noe else....the same thing is bound happen all over again. i feel very unloved, confused, and hopeless...im sure most people have been where i am right now.....what did u do, and what should i do......

The style is not flattering on most women. Just because that is all a store carries, that doesn't mean you are required to go with that style. Getting a dress custom made is not much more expensive and it's fairly easy to do if you know where to go.

Well, dj and i been going together for almost 3 years and we broke up for a time about a year ago right before school got out. He told me later that it was because he liked my best friend, Josie (JZ for short) and he felt guilty ab it. He rote her a letter on the last week of schol, telling her how he felt and she didn't tell me about it. She said it was because she didn't want to make me mad.
We go to a small high school and we r the main ppl we each hang out with. So, whenever I'm not around, they are pretty much alone together. Everytime i walk up on them, they are laffin and jokin around (and flirting)-like this mornin. We had xtended homeroom (which they have together) and i'm in a separate 1. So, i walk in on them talkin and laffin alot rite after me and dj were talkin ab how it bothers me and he sed he didnt care. he also shows me no affection at school and i tell him that is annoying 2. so, we got n a big fite after schol and i brok up w he. he says i'm crazy & paranoid
