k....HE is always taking my stuff!!!!he's always like HI or WAT'S UP, he's like always sitting by me, like 2 days ago he WAS staring at me AND wouldn't STOP!!even though he saw that i saw, i looked at him and still would STOP staring!! and i was giving him a high five AND was trying to HOLD MY HAND!! Always Touching my hair!!!!does he like me???
BUT there's like a LOT of girls that like him!!should i back OFF?? what do i DO????

It sounds like he likes you or at least likes flirting with you. Just be careful 'cause he may just be a big flirt and does this with other girls too. Pay attention to how he treats other females. If it's only you that he's acting like this with then he's definitely in to you and I say you go for it. Don't wait around for the guy to make a move. Guys like it when girls make the first move too!
