I am nice, get good grades, people say I'm pretty, loyal, never have i said anything about my friends behind there back, but how come people still hate me!!! No, I am not rotten, people say that i need to start being mean, but still nice!!!

OK here is the deal. I met this guy online three years ago and we never planned to meet. We have dated for seven months... and I asked him two weeks ago if he was happy - and he said he isnt looking to date anyone else at the moment... and he said that if we met someone and their was a connection it would be stupid for us not to be open to it. I asked him if he was ok with me dating other people and he would nto answer me.
So he didnt call me last weekend at all - and talked ot me all during the week. Now - this weekend he did the same thing - hasnt called me at all.

I havent called him - I want to see what he dfoes or how important I am to him... he was married at 21 and divorced with two kids that dont live wiht him... he told me he has never dated a friend before and it is weird for him. He is 38 - I am 32 never married... and would like some form of reassurance from him to stay in the relationship. He did not end it with me - just hasnt called me - you think there is hope?

I have asked this question already but I seem to be getting similar answers no matter how I put it. I have gotten the answers saying looks dont matter and pick which one I fits me better...if I was able to answer these questions than I would be able to make this decision. I guess try to put yourself in my situation...

There are two girls in my freshman class that I seem to like and they both seem to like me. One of them I went out with for a little under two months...Over the summer I made a bad decision and let my friends from the camp I go to pressure me into doing some stuff with a girl that was at the camp. One of my friends from camp also lives in my town and told her and that is how we broke up. We had both moved on...she went to a different school for 2 years but now we are friends again and I think she sort of likes me. Ok so if it is another woman, or hes already hurt me, then how do i approach this kinda thing with him? Hes going to b calling in a bit and it will be the first time in a (since he left) that we have spoken about this situation. I want to save this marriage. I love him dearly and I know he loves me. I know it will hurt but he just needs to tell me what the hell is going on. we have four kids all together. Now he took his son and is gone. I've been talking to this guy named Matt since like June. In January, he asked me out and I accepted. The night before our planned date, he called and told me that He had met someone else and cancelled our date.
Well, He's been texting again. He wants to get together sometime, but I'm just not sure if I should give him another chance or not.
He said that he'd call me on Thursday night at 9 and didn't...he apologized (in a text) and said that he'd call at 10:30 and didn't. Well, my friend took my phone and sent him a text telling him that he's pathetic for messing with me if he's not going to do what he says he will. He called 3 times Friday but never left a voice mail.
Last night he called and we talked for a while...then he called again this afternoon. He wants to hang out tonight. He said he's even willing to cancel basketball with his friends and drive for an hour to come see me at college.
Do you think he deserves another chance? Should I go ahead and start dating him?

My name is Earl and I am secretly talking to both girls. I am not sure who I like. They both make me happy. The 24 yr old girl is very professional and share a similar personality like me which is compassion and love for people with a urge for success in the business world. She has not date anyone yet. On the other hand, the 18yr old girl keep me happy because she is just so smart. She is the only child in her family. She shares with me everything from her days in h.s. to her personal life. I may be in a 35 yr old body, but my mind will always be a child. I just love her energetic mentality and the joy to live a full live. Trust me, this 18yr old girl is so smart. She can beat any 40 yr old lady in jeopardy. So why do I not date older women? Because they are worn out and no good anymore. Younger women are better because they are more alive and sweet.

I challenge any women out there who disagree with me to offer constructive criticism or advice.

am taking a semester off from college and my dad won't let me live at my apartment (we're paying the lease anyway) which is an hr away. He is very controlling-- he seldom lets me go out, makes up excuses for me not to see my boyfriend, and gives me stupid curfews even though I'm 21. He grounds me if I'm even 5 minutes late. He also takes his stress out on me by hitting me with the soft side of a golf club (enough to get a bruise) over stupid things like if I park my car in the wrong spot on our driveway. He and my mom used to fight a lot but they stopped when I left for college. Now that I'm home, our household is unsettling again. My mom used to intervene, but she's so scared of my dad that she now turns the other way when he loses his temper with me. She never yells at him, she yells at me because of making him angry or blames me for her non-terminal cancer, or blames me for screwing up everything. Why won't my dad let me live at my own apt? Why are my parents this way?

I wrote my feelings about this girl I love and what happen between us in a letter I might send to her. I dont know if I want to give it to her though because I don't want to feel like a idiot or fool even.

My husband says that he is not an emotional affair with a woman with whom he spends on average in two evenings a week. He works out of town three days a week and spends the evenings with this woman on those nights. We argue about this relationship frequently. He states that she is just "a friend" and there's nothing to my concerns. When our couples therapist stated that this is an emotional affair, he of course disagreed with the therapist. The therapist didn't push him on this as we have other issues as well. We've been married for 25 years.

I've visited London countless of times over the years, but when I try to strike up a conversation with a guy, they shut me down. All I say is," hello, how are you?" And they look at me like I'm mad. If a person has sex with several people, that person is automatically labeled as a **** & mocked by the general public. Why is this so? Maybe the person is not emotionally ready for a relationship as yet, or the person has not met a relationship-material person as yet, but until that time what's wrong with having some fun?

I mean, this is what older adults tell teens so that they keep their focus on studies, or encourage building up good relationship ethics when they turn into adults. But once they're adults, why people criticize them if they sleep around? They have to look at the person's situation and make a proper judgment, instead of stereotyping them as "****s".

What are your views on this?
