I always want to be shown some love from the other sex and hear kind words from my friends even when im with a girl i will get infatuated very easy.. then when im shown love etc sometimes i will get bored.. duno why maybe cauze i had family probs when i was young but this thing really confuses me i even dnt blv alot in myself i know im good at many things but i think i dnt have the key to sucess and when i try to set a goal i always fail it could all this be because i never heard kind words from my father and he always discarouged me ?

I need to get full custody of my 12 mos. old baby, i'm a custodian parent. Not married. The father is not responsilble, has alcohol problems and was/is drug addict. Also is still not paying child support (case is in court). The father wasn't around since the baby was born and didn't see the child for last 3 mos. there's no visitation right scheduled so far. I will agree to supervised visits either by myself or social worker. What do i need to do to get full custody? how difficult it will be to get it? Also i would like to get order of protection.

Senario......woman with two sons 9 and 11. meets old flame, divorces husband. Sets up home with boyfriend and sons using she has equity from previous marriaige She puts boyfriends name on mortgage/deeds. Both work and contribute to this mortgage. After 18 months marries the boyfriend.
Question. Is the new husband entitled to 50% of equity in house should this all go wrong???

my boyfriend and i have been dating for almost 3 months now. we have both said i love you to each other and (at least i kno i do) meant it. its the kiss thats the problem. its not that he's a bad kisser, because i know hes not. its more of a situation where he has lost his passion. (i mean nothing of sex, we are both virgins and want to remain that way until marriage.) he also never makes the first move, but waits for me to say/do something first. is this him just being nervous? has he lost his feeling for me?

he also never calls or IMs me first. this drives me crazy because im constantly asking myself why. to be brutally honest, he has never called me first. i find myself constantly wondering if he has different feelings for me...im sure im just being paranoid, but if a guy cares, wouldnt he take initiative?

i've liked this guy for around 3 years. I talked to him a whole bunch the first year, a little the second, and now when i really really like him...i dont talk to him at all....about 4 mouths ago one of my close friends accidently told somebody i liked him ever since then i cant look at him and i cant talk to him. I was paranoid about him finding out and know that my same close friend told him on Myspace. Its not that bad him knowing....he doesnt make a big deal about it...but he REALLY REALLY likes this other girl who is kind of my friend my not my close close friend and i soon think there going to go out and i'm kind of senstive and dont know how i'll take it....meanwhile one of my other friends is being a brat and keeps liking the same guys me and my other friend (same one that told the guy i like) and is making me mad cause she keep telling me he was bi just so i would get over him so she could have him. I'm thinking he hasn't found the right girl for him so he's hanging with a bunch of girls til he finds the right one. He doesn't want to get married until between 30 and 35 and well he has from this year and 2009 to find a girl. The other thing i think is he's single and i'm single, he doesn't want to get married until those ages and neither do i. i'm 5'5" and i'm about 93 lbs. i don't know why i out eat my brothers and my boyfriend. and i spoke to my doctor and he says there is nothing wrong with me i just have a high metabolism but i hate the way people look at me like i'm anorexic or something. i've delt with this all my life and i want to be "fuller" in the chest and the booty. i know i should enjoy this but i just can't deal with the stares where everyone in my town is obese. my ideal weight is 110lbs.

This question is for the ladies that are in long term relationships. Have you settled for a man who doesn't do the romantic things he once did? To clarify my question let me ask specific questions:

1) When was the last time 'he' kissed the back of your hand?
2) When was the last time you slow-danced with 'him'?
3) When was the last time 'he' did any romantic spontaneous gesture for you? ie; cupped your face in his hands, looked deep into your eyes, kissed the nape of your neck...
4) When was the last time you felt the 'love' in your relationship?

The reason I asked, is because my relationship has become monotonous, routine, a bore. I do all that is femininely possible to keep it going, but I'm not solely responsible for maintaining upkeep of 'our' relationship. After almost 2 decades I'm ready to throw in the towel. There are no other guys involved & I don't suspect him of having anyone else, but I figure, if I'm just going to go through the motions, I can do THAT alone.

well 3 years its not that big of a difference to me i guess. we talk alot, the thing is we both really care for each other and he tells me he does. he tells me he loves me too. and flirts with me, and i really just can't help but fall for him you know? and since im only in 8th grade he says he'll date me next year when im a freshman. yesterday he went to the movies with this girl hes had some feelings for a while and says he likes her now he changed his signature and his myspace display name and says (her name) is amazing he even puts it in his away messages. has he really fallen for her? or is he just trying to make me mad or upset me; when he was driving she took his phone and read all our text messages and told me not to talk to him anymore. i think she might find me a threat maybe? I am a young teen woh is really just always tired and depressed and in need of a frind. I dont have any friends at scholl I feel invisible at home andi am aconstantly overwelmed with chores and work etc. I am dead serious when I say i have no friends I only have my father to tell those kinds of things to and he doesnt live with me. we have a mexican girl 23 years old that has been working for us for the past year. she speaks no english at all. she works 11 hours a day and is the only mexican there along with my mom and cousin. i try to converse with her to keep her from being bored but conversation is somewhat difficult. i know some spanish because i took 3 years in high school. we had some decent conversations before and i try to talk to her everyday. she only speaks when i talk to her and never talks to me. if i dont speak to her the whole day she will not talk to me. she is not a shy person. when i stand next to her it feels awkard like she is uncomfortable when im close. should i just stop trying to speak to her.
