Can some of you out there please make me feel better. I have been very sad lately because I am going to be a freshman this year in High School and I still haven't had a boyfriend or a first kiss. My friends all had boyfriends in 3rd grade. How could that be? Will I ever get a boyfriend because I live in a small town and I am a little shy.

I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was a sophmore in HS, and I grew up in a big town AND was in the "in" crowd. If that doesn't give you hope, rest assured that you will feel better when all of your friends who have had boyfriends since 3rd grade are knocked up and toting their children to the Prom. Plus, 3rd grade boyfriends? That doesn't even count. The "boyfriends" I had in grade school were nothing compared to high school, college, etc. Hang in there, and hold out for a good one!

yes you will, youre still young.....they werent serious boyfriends in grade school for crying out loud
look im a 16, going on 17 and ive never had a girlfriend or a first kiss, not that i havent tried to start a relationship.....anyhow dont worry youll find someone

I have the same exact problem, right now I am in 8th grade.
I dont know but all of the guys at my school are jerks, except one: I kinda have a crush on a guy but im not sure and he does not know.I know he doesnt like me because he asked my friend to be his girlfriend
