she was just bored and she probably wasnt even thinkin about wut she was doing. it doesnt mean anything. girls just do that kind of stuff.

Well, I think it's most likely just a silly habit of hers. Like ME, I always sit there and play with my hair or twist my necklaces. I don't think she was trying to hint at anything, sorry. ;)
