i'm 5'5" and i'm about 93 lbs. i don't know why i out eat my brothers and my boyfriend. and i spoke to my doctor and he says there is nothing wrong with me i just have a high metabolism but i hate the way people look at me like i'm anorexic or something. i've delt with this all my life and i want to be "fuller" in the chest and the booty. i know i should enjoy this but i just can't deal with the stares where everyone in my town is obese. my ideal weight is 110lbs.

i was on my own little mcdonalds diet. 3 meals from there a day plus snacks. i actually lost 5 pounds and got high cholesterol. i'm okay now after the pills they gave me for it. i eat nothing but junk food especially at night. but nothing is working. i eat tons of red meat and carbs. i think i'm a walking heart attack but who knows. i used to exercise in high school a lot from advice from my gym teacher to only find out i'm losing weight but got awesome abs and toned arms from it. now i'm just a lazy blob. i don't know. but how many fat asians do you know?

I am 120lbs and 5'5" like you. I used to be very skinny in my teen years. No matter what I did, I would not gain weight. My point is you will gain weight in time. My dad always tells me "Honey, don't try to gain weight because then you can't stop it." He is right. As you grow older, you are just bound to, I mean BOUND TO, gain weight. Anyway, you can try http://www.sparkpeople.com That's what I did to gain weight. They get you through everything and even give you recipies and grocery list of everything to buy. It's great. You get to exercise as well. So you will gain weight and be healthy. Also, the thing with gaining weight is about calorie intake. If you don't want to get too technical with a website just count your calories. You should prolly in take at least 3,000 calories a day to gain some weight. So more than the normal in take. It's easy. Calories are written on the back of every food package.Good Luck.

Are you sure there's not some medical problem? I'm 5'5 and 105 lbs and that is pretty underweight so I can only imagine how small you must be. You might want to see another doctor for a second opinion. Have you had your thyroid checked? I know how you feel though, people make rude comments to skinny people that they would never think of saying to an overweight person. I think people assume if you're that skinny you must have some eating disorder and you really have no idea what you look like. I'm assuming you live in the US, and 60% of the population is overweight so they're just shocked to see a skinny person. Don't let them get to you. There is nothing wrong with being naturally thin, although I would recommend seeing another doctor, you are very underweight for your height. 110 lbs would still be pretty thin, but you probably would look and feel better with a little more weight. However if you feel fine and think you look good, that's really all that matters. Don't let people make you feel bad. Chances are, they're just jealous you can eat whatever you want and not gain weight.

Wow, you are skinny! I'm 5'4" and 118, and people say I'm skinny - but really, maybe you should work on slowing down your metabolism - if you're under 22 though, it may be a problem, but if not, go to GNC and they will help you by hooking you up with things to make you gain weight a safer way than eating twinkies

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Wow, you're so tiny, lol. Try eating the most fattening foods at night and before going to bed because that's when you realllly gain that weight.

Eat a lot of weight loss bars. Seriously. Your supposed to eat one to replace a meal. Eat a lot of those an you should gain some weight pretty fast.

maybe you need to gain muscle instead of fat....if you don't already excerise a little more and maybe that might help you gain weight....i think your weight goal is good too....its good your not proud of being too skinny and are trying to gain weight

I have the same problem. I drink (Ensure Plus for maintaining a healthy weight and weight gain). Drink 3 a day. It helps me.

well i use weigh 82 pounds and the doctor said I'm fine and know i way 113 what a relief but the doctor gave me some medication and i Gian weight and plus i eat junk food to!!!!!
