I am 26 and fell in love for the first time. I have had many relationships but this is the first one that I have just been overwhelemed by. She has always told me that I am the most amazing person that she has ever met. She says that she can see the whole marriage and family thing with me. She says that she has never felt so safe and had so much in common with anyone before. She says she has no complaints about me. Everything has been going perfectly. She even has told me that she never even enjoyed sex until me. So why did she say that she needs space and freedom? Why did she say she is confused and cannot commit to me? How can she say all these things and be willing to let me go? She wants me to be her friend right now. She said she needs to be happy first? How should I act and what should I do.

I said it was because I wasn't at work today too...
He thought about it and said that I was probably right.
Then I gave him birthday present early.
He said that cheered him up!


I noticed a couple of weeks ago when he was out sick that I wasn't happy unless he's there.

So...We are not dating yet, but he comes to see me. We seem very comfortable together.

So...is it possible that he was really missing me and didn't realize it...
Or did he just agree with me for the helluva of it?

He's a super sweet guy. So I kinda think it's the truth.

He started off by saying he had a lot on his mind and when I pried, he admitted it wasn't anything but "the blues". To begin with, I thought it might be none of my business. But when he agreed with me...I felt special.

What's going on here?

My wife is a little upset about me taking a job in customer service. I have a bachelors degree in management and like 5 years experience in the military. Recently I got out of the military and I honestly thought I would find a job that paid more, but I haven't. Instead I took a job as a customer service rep, with a fast track program to management. In theory I dont plan to work at this place for more then 1 month. After that time I am going to move south. So how do I talk to my wife about this? She thinks I should not work unless I am paid well. I think that too, but in order to leave I have to bite the bullet and take a job I dont really want for the fast cash. What would you tell your significant other in a situation like this? Keep in mind in the past I used to be really rude and say i would never take a job like that. I guess I was ignorant because times are looking like that for me.

well.. Heidi's boyfriend spencer, acts EXACTLY like this guy i like.. He is such a player!! how should i get over him?? i love him sooooo much... Can people be too happy? My fiance and i have a wonderful relationship. I am completely in love with him as he is with me. We are expecting our first child in 5.5wks and finances have fallen into place so thats enabled me to take off a year (initially) to raise our child without any financial strain, after which i can decide if i want to go back to work. We are well prepared for this child and its just a waiting game at the moment. Our lives seem to be going so well and be filled with so much happiness at the moment and i'm worried that things are going to come crashing down around us. And since we are so happy at the moment i have this feeling of something going REALLY wrong - and the worst case scenario would be something wrong with this baby.

Am i worrying too much? Can you just be happy without something terrible happening to "balance things out"?

I’m graduating high school this year. I have had a lot of really bad experiences that I would like to forget. My question is…I’m curious to know if the way I am acting is normal because I’m a bit concerned for myself. I know that might sound strange but…I’ve pretty much cut off communication with a lot of my friends. The only people I really talk to now are my friends that are going to be attending the same college as me. Sadly enough many of them don’t attend the same high school as me. I’ve deleted a lot of friend’s phone numbers because I feel if my friends want to see me they will call me. I don’t know why I am acting the way I am it’s really unintentional but I’m curious to know if this is a normal thing that everyone goes through just cutting off communication with friends and not talking to them...

I am 23 year old female working full-time. I have known G for more than a year now. He stays just opposite my apartment and we have been meeting up very often ever since we knew each other. Moreover he is also my brother's childhood buddy. I really liked G alot ever since I got to know him. He is such a gem of a person and a gentleman. Amidst all the guys I have dated, though we have gone out so many times, not even once has he tried to misbehave towards me. One remarkable event that really touched me was when I went to watch movie and sleepover at his place, I was sleeping on the same bed as him hugging him and he didnt take advantage of the situation at all. Instead he kept his hands to himself. Each time I see him, I started falling in love with him deeper. When I was gonna tell him, he broke my heart by telling me that he just got attached to someone. I have known this guy for a couple of years now, we have a lot of mutual friends, but we never really hung out together alone. And resently I started liking him more than friends. For a while it seemed like the feeling was mutual. He started coming over my house we hung out together.
