OK first off I want to tell you that I am a 49 yr old mother of 2 young women ages 18 & 20. And I am of the old school in believing that you shouldn't have sex until you are married. You say that you want to go through with it but you don't really say why. You & this young man have been seeing each other for 3 mths which isn't really very long. I feel that this is something that you should really think long & hard about~once it's gone, it's gone for good; there is no getting it back. You say that you really like him but do you want to lose your virginity to someone that you just like? Or do you want to wait for the one that you Love & Loves you back? I know that a lot of people on here will probably tell you to go ahead, that virginity isn't that big of a deal but I'm not one of them. I honestly think that you should at least wait untill you are in love with the young man whether it is this one or another. I told you earlier that I have 2 daughters~the 20 yr old is still a virgin who plans to remin that way until she is married. The 18 yr old gave her virginity away when she was 16, now she is engaged to someone else. I honestly believe that she wishes that she had waited even though it really doesn't matter to her fiance. So what I am saying is that it is entirely up to you and how you REALLY feel about it. If you decide that you would like to wait for a while longer please don't let this guy rush you. It's your body, your life & your decision!
What do you honestly want to do?

Because most guys (and a lot of girls) find it physically painfult to go wihtout sex for a long time. It's not natural to.. what's the word.. clog up your systems like that, human beings are sexual beings as well as everything else and when you don't get laid for a while it gets really uncomfortable, same as denying any other bodily function. Try not eating for 60 days and tell me how that feels.

Oh, I'm sorry I missed the last part of your question: What you should do is either a) get over it and have sex with him (you might find that you actually like it), or b) or break up with him so he can date someone that's not as hung up as you are and enjoy his life. Just stop stringing him along, either way.

If he really loves you he will wait, i didnt not rush my gf i waited till the time was right and we were both ready, if he really loves you and cares about you as much as he says, your relationship should not be based on sex it should be based on love and care for one another, talk to him about it and tell him how you feel and if he gets mad or something like that then he dont deserver you anyways... if you can help me with my question well thanks and hope i could help
