That's a really vague question. But I have an idea. First off being a total gentleman is important. Open doors for girls even if your not interested in them because other girls notice this. Show that you can take care of yourself. Your home, your clothes, your vehicle. Girls like a clean cut man. A lot of it has to do with your personality. If your to needy, rude, overbearing, complain to much, or just focused on yourself, it's an immediate turn off.
If you like a specific girl then send her a small bouquet of flowers just to say hi or that you hope she's having a good day. Basically if your just sweet and focus your attention on the girl then she will notice and may start paying attention to you. Lastly most of it has to do with attraction. Not just in looks though. If the girls aren't attracted to you and your personality nothing you do will get the girl. So just be nice person and see what happens.

In order for me to give you advice I would need to know how old you are because it always depends on the age group,but if you are trying to get a first girlfriend just start a conversation talk to her for a few days then ask her out to a movie but don't be anything but yourself i know it sounds dorky but no girl likes to be tricked and eventually you will get tired of being someone else good luck

Lose weight, do sports, dress well, if you like a girl, pay special attention to her, be nice to her friends, know her interests, be a good listener for her, get rid of your bad habits, realize that everyone has faults (when you criticize her, look at yourself first), practice good hygiene, trust her parents' judgements, be protective towards her (even if she acts like she doesn't need it), kiss a lot of girls and try to be sensitive - don't be pushy (care about her a lot but not to the point of trying to control her), build a good reputation by being a good friend to ex-girlfriends.

Just be yourself unless you are a total jackass then be very nice. Be honest don't let her think that you are looking for somthing other than what you are truely looking for because then you might break her heart in the end. Be a gentlemen but don't be to perfect because I know it drives me nuts if a guy is overly nice. So just let your true personality shine through and you will win over the right womans heart. Be confident. Show off what you are good at. Go for the one's that are interested in you. Here's a trick that does work. Go for the homelier girl not the pretty ones. When other girls see you with the not so good looking chic they see they can beat the competition and will go for you. Sometimes girls won't notice you until you're "taken."
