From this Moment - Shania Twain
I loved her first - Rushlow
The Dance - Garth Brooks
YMCA - The Village People (It's usually guaranteed to get people up & dancing)
Electric Slide (Same thing for getting people moving)
Big band music will get the older crowd out and dancing also...
Personally, I'd make a list of my favorite music with my fiancee, then talk to my parents or grandparents for some "generational" music. (Don't wanna leave anyone out!) And then just take it from there.

Some of Whitneys older stuff is a good start
some country like John Michael Montgomery, Garth Brooks,
or Tim Mcgraw
it really comes down to what you like if you let the DJ know what your interest's are then he should be able to compile a good mix of music
Nat King Coles Unforgettable is good for young and old and well whats a wedding without Celebration Kool and the Gang, and then you can always have the group classic YMCA
well there some ideas hope it helps.
