MY HUSBAND OF 21 YEARS WANTS TO REFINANCE THE HOUSE WE BOUGHT TOGETHER 6 YEARS AGO. WE HAVE BEEN LIVING APART FOR A YEAR AND THIS MIGHT LEAD TO A DIVORCE. I WANTED TO SELL THE HOUSE AND MOVE OUT OF IT BUT HE WANTS ME TO SIGN THE REFINANCING PAPERS AND WHEN WE DO GET A DIVORCE NOT TO FIGHT HIM IN COURT BUT TO SAY ITS MUTUAL. (HE WAS THE ONE THAT WALKED OUT) IN RETURN HE PROMISED TO WRITE A CONTRACT STATING THAT HE WILL HELP ME OUT BY GIVING ME ALL THE MONEY FROM SELLING THE HOUSE, PAYING FOR DAUGHTERS COLLEGE AS WELL AS OTHER PROMISES...SHOULD I AGREE TO THIS?? HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT THIS?? IF I AGREE NOT TO FIGHT HIM IN COURT WILL I GET NO ALIMONY?? WHERE AND HOW SHOULD WE DO THE CONTRACT TO MAKE IT LEGAL AND VALID?? WE HAVE 2 KIDS TOGETHER SON 6 AND DAUGHTER 20....IDK WHAT TO DO HE WANTS ME TO SIGN TOMORROW....SHOULD WE MAKE UP THE CONTRACT he TALKED ABOUT BEFORE I SIGN ANYTHING?? PLZ help!!!

I feel I am always alone. I'm 26 and still live with my parents whom I have resposibility with. I've had a bf for a month that was when I was 20 now, no one even dared to court me. I feel so upset. Well my friends really look pretty than I am. How can I find one whom I can really make me happy? Is it the end of the world for me?

Ok, Im having a hard time talking to my girl over the phone, Im more of a guy who likes to talk in person, im not much of a phone person. everytime i wanna call her I hesitate because I don't know what to talk about, I ask her about school and her day but that only lasts about five minutes or so, and its kind of stupid to ask the same thing everytime I call her. I would like some advise on what to talk about with her. Please help.

Just curious. This guy and I dated off and on for about 6 months. We broke up (took a break) once before and he called me about a month later. Then we were just kind of talking for a couple of months. Then we started to get back together, but then I tried to end it because I needed to make a decision if I was going to move away for school or not. He got mad and told me never to call him again. I apologized, we talked, his ending comment was he doesn't want to get back together because he is over it (i kinda feel the same way) and that he thought we would be better off as friends and we have had some good conversations and it would make him sad if we never talked again. I felt the same. I know that at this point in our lives be can't be together. We can't communicate about our relationship. But in almost every other way we understand each other more than anyone else. I thought it would be great if we could be friends. But its been over a month and he hasnt called. will he ever?

my parents are always stressing me out...they never understand me, they would always shout at me and sometimes when my dad gets real pissed he would threaten me to throw me out of the house. all this stress makes it harder for me to do my hw. i try to be nice to them but they're always getting mad even for a simple mistake sometimes. my mom would always but in when i argue to her about why this is happening and she would always take things the wrong way.

My husband and I separated over a year ago we have 2 kids - about 7 months ago he said he loved only me and wanted marriage we went to counselling. In January I received in the mail an anonymous note saying ask your husband about this baby picture attached My husband now tells me he had a one night stand/drunk and yes has a baby 4 months of age. Didn't tell me because he couldnt face telling me and how this would affect our marriage he says he only loves me and this was a mistake and the guilt and burden has been killing him and now he understands if i want a divorce - he pays child support when he can and takes responsibility for the baby (visits 1-2 days per week). I am still in shock and dont know how to deal with this. I have now said the relationship is over we continue the coparenting of our children. He says he understands and that he hates himself for what he has done to the marriage/he feels sick about it. He seems to have given up. I do love him -is this too much damage done?

Recently an event happened that caused me to yell at someone in public...not name calling, but raising my voice. Caused much shame, pain and embarassment. Never done anything like this in, nor has their been any indication of controlling behavior violence in my past, nor in my family. Yes, alcohol was involved. May lose the relationship, and I wouldn't blame the person. Am doing what I can to make amends; yet I myself am concerned about why this happened. I take full responsibility, and want to make sure that this type of behavior never repeats itself

Ok there is this guy im working with one weekend we had a good time together but now he is starting to irritate me alot and i mean alot he is always trying to do the right thing live on the right side of the law i know that this should be a good thing but is so boring and irritating.
And he has more mood swings that a pregnant woman i mean seriously, and he cant talk about anything exciting anymore it is same old stuff and in a way he is trying to prove that he is a better person than me

Ok now what seems to be the problem, we are on training 2gether for a whole 2weeks, im gona loose it, want can i do to keep calm, and there is no one else from my company that is on this training
