I'm 13 and i want 2 go out with my friends, they let me go 2 places where they have been lots of times before, i've never had a boyfriend and don't believe me that i haven't got 1, none of my friends parents mind and let them go out places. I'm not a trouble maker or bad, i just want a bit more freedom. I no that they should be concerned with all these bad things happening but how can i make them worry less?

Ok my older brother who is 25 had another premie kid in december, and they dont have a place top live right now so they are living with me and my parents. My room is the 2nd biggest in the house and down in the basement everybody wants me to give up my room for him and his wife and 2 kids, should I let them have my room or not. I dont thinkl I should because about the only nice thing he has ever done for me is get tickets to a MN timberwolves game. My parents said they would even give me $50.00 a month if I let them stay in my room, but I spend most of muy time in my room. What should I do??

Help! I'm 13 years old and I was just instant messaging. This guy added me and I don't even know him but I accepted anyway. He asked for my name and I told him. We found out that we were the same age. I was being friendly, asking him questions about his hobbies and stuff. Then he started calling me 'babe' and I got really scared. He introduced me to all of his friends in a convo and said I was his girlfreind! Now, he's asking for my photo! I said no but he won't give in! I'm sooooooooo scared!

Please help me people! My cousin, (he's 11) and he's not the most popular kid in Middle School, and I am 14. Him, Me and his mom were talking about trust, and his mom asked me "Would you trust me enough to tell me if you had suicidal thoughts?"

I said Yes. (this was hypothetical) then my 11 year old cousin says out of the blue..

"I HAVE HAD SUICIDAL THOUGHTS"

and me and his mom froze. I thought he was kidding or messing with us, cuz that is how he is and that's his personality, a joker.

Me and him are close being that there is a 3 year difference, and im a girl and he is a guy and hes not popular, but im more "socially involved" to say the least.

So when I tried talking to him about it, he'd like smile a tiny bit, and i thought he was joking and then he would just walk away. He did this whenever i tried talking to him about it. and his mom got sad cuz he thought about suicide. and she thinks he's NOT lying..and who knows him better than his own mother?

I had been in an abusive gay relationship for over 20 years, from physical, to emotional to sexual abuse. It’s now been 5 year and have seemed to have recovered somewhat, however I am still in a legal battle with my x for the last 4 years to get my fair share of our estate.

I feel I am entitled ½ estate. My lawyer has told me this and based on what I have read I am entitled to ½.

In fact the judge had ruled in my favor only to reverse after my x claimed false facts making me out to be a non-contributing partner in the relationship.

My x has used every legal maneuver to stall or distort the facts as to try to recover move then 75% of the estate.

He now claims after 4 years in to the case that I had never contributed my half to the mortgage. I can prove I did contribute and in fact I contributed more then half and can prove thru checks and bank statement.

He also claims contributed a substantial investment in the home. This be true, however he did quitclaim me on the deed and gifted my half the property.

I have tried everything legally as to not play the abuse card, however now I feel I need to tell it all. I had suppressed this part of our relationship, partly out of embarrassment and mostly to spare my family and his family the public humiliation.

Not sure what to do, I keep going back a forth, should I just give in and let him have what he wants and move on with my life. But part of me thinks that if I do I’ll be letting him abuse me again and again.

I have a job offer there that I can start in June.
I hate their dad and I will forever because he lied and "Gaslighted" me for 18 months before he move out and I discovered the truth. I know couples who have been divorced for ten years but still fight in front of the kids, at weddings and funerals. One woman said that if you "get over" it, you never really wanted that other person. I don't want to be one of those people. I feel that it is better to just let him raise them rather than have this constant tension. HE FEELS EXACTLY THE SAME WAY about me.

Before you can say it, I will get rid of the usual cliches:
Get over it
Move on
You are very bitter I see
My you are very angry.
Let it go. for the sake of the children.

None of those answer the question.

My son is 8yrs old & very smart for his age. He asked me why his father & I weren't together and I told him the truth instead of trying to "sugar coat" it. I told him that his father moved in with another woman after he started realising he felt differently about our relationship. My ex told him a lie. Do you think I should have also?

Why do women like bad boys? I get told I'm so nice, so sweet, the worst I've heard was you remind me of my brother! I'm kind, polite, good looking, fairly intelligent and working, yet I cant find a girlfriend whilst some jerks who beat up women have girls all over them! What am I doing wrong? Hi!! Well for the past couple months my mom has been going out lately which she never used to do, then she got her own cell phone and I was like cool. I was happy that she was having fun for once. I wasn't suspicious at all until I would hear her talk on the phone with men, and she'd call them baby or say "I wish I could say more" or she'd say "You too baby" . But that was just part of it. I didn't think much of it. There's so many other clues.... I can't even list them all
like.. today she had a day off of work. Then she tells me "Um sweetie I have to go to work today cuz they need me and Mary isn't there and blah blah blah..." so about 2 hours later I call her work and ask for her, and they tell me she isn't there...she makes very ellaborate lies up
Another thing is, I think I've met the guy she's "hanging out" with. She tells me to never tell my dad about him. Hmmmm
Anyways, please don't tell me that this is none of my business because I'm worried about my Mom and my family. Thnx

I am a 37 year old man with a 16 year old daughter.I have had an off and on relationship with her mother over the years.Most recently my father gave her the keys to my house when I went to jail for 30 days and when I came home she was living in the house w/o my daughter. Between working full time, school at night, spending "quality time" with my boyfriend, trying to buy a house, trying to get visitation of my boyfriends son, and doing house work, and balancing the bills on top of running errands i have no time for anything, i dont even get 8 hours of sleep every night. cant remember the last time i did....i have no time to put together a healthy lunch and get in even 30 min of cardio everyday.......please help, im gaining weight like crazy...i want it to stop and go away!!! i am patient and can do a plan that doesnt work over nght, i just dont know which one to do...also, im sprung for casha t the moment....tryign to buy a house!!!! anything that has worked for woman on the go?????

She is the daughter of the women my husband left me for. I knew this women through a line of friends. My husband left me for this women and I wanted to confront her after it happened. In the process of trying to find contact I got ahold of the husband she left. We ended married and now are much happier now that we are not with those stupid lying cheaters no more. I loved her little daughter before this all happened, but now when I look at this kid I just feel ill inside because I hate her mother so deeply. How do overcome this?????????? She still loves me and even acts like she rather visit with me more than her dad when she comes on week-ends. Help!!! Ick... she is the replica of her mother!
