Stop the junk food! It is totally poison and it is causing heart disease, diabetes and so many other diseases in young people. For lunch, I would suggest your go to the supermarket and buy 2 bags of mixed bagged lettuce; meaning all different kinds of lettuce. Buy 6 cans of albacore tuna fish (Bumble Bee brand), add some onion, green peppers, shreaded carrots. Now in a big plastic bowl with a sealed cover, add all the lettuce and onion, peppers and carrots. No dressing. When you get up in the morning, take some lettuce from the plastic container and then add about 1/2 or 1 can of tuna and seal and bring to work. You can also use cooked chicken and cooked turkey. Buy Walden Farms dressings, they are pure and low in fat. For dinner, make good home made soups before time. Soup keeps and you can serve it with maybe a tuna sandwich or a grilled piece of chicken and then a salad. Go on websites and you can find recipes for everything. Put in a search: "Dinner in 30 minutes". Healthy dinners. I wish you well, but make a concerted effort to stop that terrible junk food. You will be healthier for it in the long run.

First off you obviously need help organizing your time.
Any girlfriends that can help out?
Pack healthy lunches and snacks at night....do it only once a week and have it all ready.
As far as the cardio...walk while you're reading up on something or whatever it is you are normally sitting still for.
Sitting at a desk....flex your stomach....hold for 10 seconds....relax...do reps of these.
You need to start from the inside out to boost your metabolism.
It's gonna take you several weeks to bust that junkie habit!

try taking a scheduled weekend for yourself to work out a plan. you should first ask your boyfriend to help out with the house work and ask him to help you get visitations with his son, and maybe make some meals together & freeze. that way you are spending time together and you can still eat healthy. also ask him to help out with some of the errands, if he is a perfect boyfriend he won't mind helping you out. most of all get some rest! oh and good luck on the house i hope everything works out for you.

Well you already know the answer.. If you cant get off the junk food.. expect to look like the Goodyear Blimp shortly..
I do have a question though.. why are you trying to get visitation for your BF's son?? You have no legal rights in that... thats something he should be doing.. Or is that the problem.. yer doing everything & he's not? (just asking)

i go to the farmer's market on saturday and i wash all my fruit before i put it up. I chop crudites and and put it in containers with water. i make a salad and i leave it in the salad spinner. junk food is convenient which is why we grab it first. but if you do it the way i suggested, it's just as easy to grab something healthy. i chop broccoli, carrots, celery, cukes. etc. and put them in containers of water and i do enough for the whole week and they stay fresh and crisp. the only time i found myself grabbing junk is when i missed my weekly trip to the market. this plan has helped me lose weight

The biggest thing you can do is think before you eat. Watch those empty calories. Ask yourself if what your eating is nutrition or just filling.
