If the guy had no friends would you think he was weird and not go out with him or wouldnt it matter?

My ex-husband barely had friends but it was because he barely had a personality and yes it bothered me because I am outgoing and a people-person.
Now, my boyfriend doesn't have many friends but he is outspoken and fun to be with. I find that simply having fun is something that I had longed for and one positive & happy friend is enough to accomplish that...

NO, I would not go out with him. not because I thought he was weird. I had a personal experience with a guy that had no friends everything was fine until he became too clingy and wanted to spend every waking second with me. he would call 30 times a day because he had no one else to talk to. While I was at school, work, in the restroom, sleep, washing my hair well you get the point I never had time for other people such as my friends and family. That is why I left him alone, and to this day he swears I am all he has, and he refuses to move on he still calls all of the time, and I feel kinda obligated to support him in certain things becaue I am the only one that will show up. I partially tolerate him, but I realized I am the only one there because of the way he acts towards people.

I wouldn't base that on the sole reason why I wouldn't go out with him.
Just know that you are probably going to become his entire life. So, if him being around you and having no one else to go out with, but you is okay - Go for it!!
If you are the type of person that have many friends and like to hang out with them and have a good time, someone like him that don't have anyone else may become a little bothered.
Discuss these type of issues before you all make it official.

Sure !! If I liked him I would go out with him. Just because he doesn't go about with a crowd of friends doesn't say he's not a nice guy he could just be shy. The only way you would now if he is weird is go on a date with him and then it will tell

I'd have to wonder what was wrong with him so he didn't have any friends...if it was just because he was shy, I'd still go out with him, maybe bring him out of his shell...If he's a loser,,,,then no, I wouldn't want him either...
