my husband and I are very close...he has 2 kids whome I am very close to...the problem is his X is very insecure about her position with her kids...and seems to be threatened by my participation in thier lives....
now my X and I have a great coparenting realtionship and communicate very well...we are frineds and he is friends with my husband..so its so hard for me to understand a lot of what she does...
she never puts her kids forst and has really made some poor decisions this past year that have affected the children...I try so hard to stay neutral but I get so angry at the things she does and says...she bad mouths me and tryes to find every way possible for me to be excluded from the childrens life....

I am filing for divorce after my husband was caught cheating. How do I go about the division of the house? I am doing the paperwork myself but having a paralegal look it all over and I have an Settlement Agreement as well to fill out. I am keeping the house,but how do I get him to pay for a portion of it,and for how long would he have to pay on it? Would the court just make us sell it if we can't come to an understanding? I am in Texas,and I am not sure how the laws here work. Thanks!

There is this girl in my class who really bothers me. She follows me and my best friend around and we have tried in so many different ways to ask her to leave us alone without hurting her feelings but every time she just laughed at us. My friend finally told her to leave us alone and that we don't want her stalking us anymore, because all that this girl ever does is follows us around and bother us. She is really hyper so this kind of makes it worse. Last year my friend and I hung out with her because she had like no other friends I swear! And she is rude and hurts peoples feelings and we already gave her a chance but she is still mean! What do I do?

I find it quite humorous at your rationale and reasoning for why abortion is not immoral. Because the Court said so, you say. Hush it up, you say. It’s none of your business, you say. You have no right to tell me what I can and can’t do, you say. This is no place for government regulation, you say. You can’t legislate morality, you say. LOL. Through this argument here, I’m beginning to see a little of the right’s point on some things (although me becoming a republican would mean that Lucifer’s furnace broke). When it was proposed to raise the minimum wage, the left was up in arms when the right argued against it. You can’t do that, you said. That’s immoral, you said. You need to pay a living wage instead of what the market dictates, you said. But telling a small businessman what he can and can’t pay his workers, that’s not intrusive though huh? No, it’s only his livelihood. It’s only how he feeds his own family. When Exxon Mobil reported record profits amidst terribly high oil prices, I’m willing to bet that well over half of you were up in arms talking about the moral obligation that the oil companies had towards the consumers. You were demanding gov’t intervention, saying that it wasn’t fair what they were doing. Setting a market price for their good (you paid it, therefore it was market), and it isn’t moral you say. But snatching the life from an unborn baby, that’s perfectly moral because it’s your body and the Court said it was moral. No, the Court said it was legal, but that is NOT the question we are debating here. The question is morality. And there seem to be some glaring inconsistencies within many of your moral compasses. I think it’s time many of you make an appointment to get them re-calibrated. "

All day, yesterday, I was studying. Today, I was in school 8:00am to 3:30pm, the free time that I had, I kept on studying.

Now, I have a headache. I want to keep on studying but I can't, I have a headache.

I don't know if the headache is coming from anxiety of the exam coming Or from studying too much Or is it the fact that I keep on repeating in my head "What if I failed this test or this class."

My boyfriend has been very distant with me for the last couple of weeks. I met him last weekend and he was trying to make it up to me. He says he has so much stress at work, working till late hours as he did not get promotion from his last boss. He was pretty angry about that. Anyway, yesterday when he was leaving him, he said he needs some time alone, some time for himself. I started to cry and he tried to explain to me that he just needs to focus right now. The thing is today I texted him and asked him if we can meet this weeken and he said he has quite a lot of things to do and that he is sorry. I asked him if we are still together, he said yes and he said to me that he never said it's over. I asked him how long he needs and if it means no contact. He got a bit upset and said it does not seem like I can respect him. I am so confused, not knowing what to do? I am so scared of loosing him? I want to talk to him but he is distacing himself more and more?

I'm 12 yrs old, and I've never had a boyfriend. I've liked this guy for 4 years. He is one year older, and also my best friend's brother! I am SO totally in love with him. I am crazy about him! Although I have known him since 1st grade, he and I didn't even take notice that the other existed. At the beginning of the school year we ended up in a few classes together. I sat next to him in math and science, and he started teasing me. He would bump my arm, while I was writing, steal my pencil and paper, and we would end up kicking eachother and hitting eachother. Once, durring a lesson, we were trying to break eacother's wrists and fingers under our desk, and the teacher noticed we were looking under the desk instead of up at him. We didn't see him but he was standing right above us looking at us. Out of nowhere he says, "How cute. They're holding hands." So, my question is, if he teases me all the time like calls me 'crippled' cause of my broken arm does that mean he likes me?

When she scolds our kids (8 years old and 3 years old), it takes a litany of sermons to prove her point. Yes, maybe she has a point. But in explaining it, it takes her forever to point it out, often times moving to other issues. Is this normal for women her age? She is 41. I remember my mother to talk as much.

When I turned 18, I was on a LOT of drugs, you name it. My best friends father of four years told me he wanted me to help pick out a car for my best friend. I went with him and he propositioned me with money for sex. I thought about it, and decided I could handle the it. (She was living out of town then anyways) + I had a $350 ticket that I didn't want my grandmother to have to pay for. Anyways - I knew i could trust this man and like I said, I was fried.

9 years later.... I can't forgive myself because if SHE ever found out, she would never forgive me. I love her family (not her dad of course) - and would hate to break them up. My friend and I resumed our best friend status shortly afterwards and have lived a great life as friends... besides that one thing.

I thought it was something I coudl live with, but I still beat myself up about it almost daily.

Should I come clean, or keep this burden to myself, because it would only hurt her and her family? (her family is closeeee

we have been like this for 9 months we talk everyday his job is 24hours training recruits to be marines so i don't see him that much we've talked about being official but my friends keep interfering with us and he dosn't like it they have done alot of damage so he doesn't feel comfortable with me. my friends will call him and cuss him out saying things that i never said starting all kinds of drama and then say that they are playing with him and i want him to forgive me for my friends actions they get very childish sometimes one of my friends ruined my 4 year relationship because of their actions i don't want it to happen again. he tells me all the time how i am perfect for him and how i'm wife material but my friends are in the way he's afraid that it will rub off on me. no rude comments please this situation is soo frustrating for me i'm ready to make it official even though his job keeps him busy. how can i get him to trust me and make it official?

I'm having a WTF are you serious kinda night!!!?
I am getting married soon and one of my girls is trying to get together my bachelorette party. One of my bridesmaid's (I was a bridesmaid in her wedding) is being such a brat. She say's she will not attend if it is out of town (Orlando- 45 min away) beacuse she doesn't want to pay for a hotel room (if she didn't drink so much she could drive home and a suite split between everyone is $30pp) Her mother-in law's birthday is the Sun. after and she say's she has stuff to do with her (I know from my fiancee that they are going to dinner Sun. night!!!) I am just so frustrated with her and her selfishness. Both my fiancee and I were in her wedding and it was the MOST expensive wedding I have EVER been apart of. She wanted everything to be perfect and as a good friend I made it all happen for her (stripper, weekend in west palm beach- not cheap) I just can't believe that she's not going to attend a party for me over $30 (she can afford it) This is completely a WTF situation!!!!
