All day, yesterday, I was studying. Today, I was in school 8:00am to 3:30pm, the free time that I had, I kept on studying.

Now, I have a headache. I want to keep on studying but I can't, I have a headache.

I don't know if the headache is coming from anxiety of the exam coming Or from studying too much Or is it the fact that I keep on repeating in my head "What if I failed this test or this class."

A couple things. 1. Calm down....it is a stress headache. 2. Come to terms and accept the worst thing that could happen. Accept it. When you accept, you will stop worrying about it. And then it is cake from there. As far as studying goes, I get headaches and overwelmed too. I used to keep studying through them, but I found out, after years doing it, that I never learned anything more during that time. Now, on the other hand, if I relax, take a break and rest and heal the headache, I am much better off. I can even study some more if I want, or wait for the test and see how I do. But step 1. Relax. Good Luck!

Headaches are usually, if not always, brought on by stress. Take a breather. 10 minutes. Relax. Calm down. You're stressed out! Read something that will make you smile, remember a fun time in your life, get lost in thoughts of happiness completely not related to your studies.

You're in exams, studying to do the best you can, and no amount of worrying will make the results different.

Breath, slowly, 3 times, real deep okay? Relax.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

The headache is the strain on the muscles in your forehead, either from stress or from reading too much, most likely from both. for a temporary quick fix to allow yourself to continue to study but a small amount of muscle rub, ie. tiger balm a535 on your forhead, make sure you only use a little bit and keep it away from your eyes or they will be watering all night.
Good luck on your exam.
