guys what to you do when you like a girl? a couple of months ago my best friend wrote a note to this guy i like and he read it and confronted me about it im the shy type so i got embarassed. and ive noticed him looking into my eyes and smileing a few times as ive been sitting at his table and hanging out with his friends more so than normal do u think hes getting the hint or what?

My boyfriend has been very distant with me for the last couple of weeks. I met him last weekend and he was trying to make it up to me. He says he has so much stress at work, working till late hours as he did not get promotion from his last boss. He was pretty angry about that. Anyway, yesterday when he was leaving him, he said he needs some time alone, some time for himself. I started to cry and he tried to explain to me that he just needs to focus right now. The thing is today I texted him and asked him if we can meet this weeken and he said he has quite a lot of things to do and that he is sorry. I asked him if we are still together, he said yes and he said to me that he never said it's over. I asked him how long he needs and if it means no contact. He got a bit upset and said it does not seem like I can respect him. I am so confused, not knowing what to do? I am so scared of loosing him? I want to talk to him but he is distacing himself more and more?

I know this seems like an over-used question. My thing is...I was in one relationship before, and it was an emotionally abusive one. It was the only one I've ever been in. There is this guy that I really like, and I feel that I am now emotionally ready to be in a second relationship. I also want another realtionship. I know that this new guy would never hurt me, one of the reasons being that his father is my Sunday School teacher!! Another reason is that I am an aspiring opera singer, and unlike most guys my age, he is okay with this fact. I also trust this guy. So, the question remains...to ask or not to ask? If I should, how should I phrase that question?

I've been sleeping with a man for almost a year. The sex is amazing, and we have wonderful conversations; we can talk about anything, and I find myself wanting to know him more, to possibly take it to relationship level. We are not monogamous, and he probably has more women than I have men. Whenever I mention wanting to go deeper with him, he says that he thinks I'm a beautiful person, but he doesn't like me "like that". I think he does like me, but won't pursue a relationship with me because I'm overweight (but I'm still a dime-piece!) Plus he's a self-confessed dog, who can't be faithful. Inside he's a sensitive man, with a great mind and heart. Sometimes I feel I am asking for trouble if we were to be in a relationship together. But often I think about the connection and camraderie we have, and consider the possibility that "we" can be different. I think about him so much, I don't know if I love him, but I definitely like him. Alot. What should I do?

My fiance and I want to have our engagment party this July, and we are getting married next July. If anyone has had an engagement party, let me know how it went. We're not having bachelor or bacelorette parties, so should it be just our friends at the party? Or should we invite our parents and other close relatives? Is there a proper etiquette or should we just do what we want? I don't want to make my parents feel left out, but since we aren't having the other parties I feel like this should just be friends. I am under so much stress because we are in so much trouble with our mortgage. we are at the point of losing our house. my wife does not know how bad it is, we have a 5 month old son and we have put so much money into our house, this is the last thing we could lose. instead of paying the mortgage i have paid our credit debts. and then made sure we have enough money left to make sure we have enough money to make sure we can pay for nappies and food for our son. im at my witts end because i feel that whatever i have done im still not going to win. make sure my son is looked after and not pay mortgage or pay mortgage and not have money for his food and stuff. help needed

am a girl i talked to this guy in the library for 1 hour i didnt know him. i found out his name hobbies, and he even helped me bring my gov grade up. i gave him my number and he got mine, that friday he started a conversation with me. then he started talking to me, he saw me at school, and he gave me a hug (a real 2 handed hug). today i saw him and i was talking to him, we were alone, he smiled at me and just stared into my eyes as i was talking. u could tell taht he was nervous Then he gave me a hug, it was the so cute!! :) in your opinion does he c me as more than a friends? or just a friend? does he like me? what should i do? advice plz

So I posted the question last night about my husband pushing me to have kids... alot of people answered saying that we should have talked this over before marriage and the whole bit, but we did... it was decided that we were not going to have kids, and then he turned 26 last month and he changed his mind. I took advice by talking to him and finding out the truth... he said that he wants to start a family with me and he feels that it would bring us closer together. I told him that I'm just not ready yet, and that I'm still young... I asked him if we could wait a year or so and then discuss it again and he didn't have a problem with it. He said that "it's not a necessity to have kids, but that it would be something that he would like to do at some point before he's 30." So thank you everyone who posted answers... it really helped...

I am 4'7'' and 76-78 pounds, am i fat? I want this really cute guy to pay attention to me and I am pretty I guess but my figure isn't all that great. he says he sure as hell doesnt like me. so, im under the impression he doesnt. but all myfriends say he does.

he's drawn me a few pictures, asks to sits next to me at feild trips and says to sit near him in bus rides, says im his BFF, (best friend forever), i call him every once in a while but he never calls me. when he got me to laugh he was very pleased with himself, he says "hey" in the hallways, and hangs out with me and a group of my friends before advisory starts, he invites me over every weekend and when a group of friends go to the movies he always comes and asks to sit next to me. and when i told him i might have to move he said he didnt want me 2.

i though a woman always looks 4 a man who 'll be crazy about her 4 a lifetime. And it is hard for me to find a woman that I truly love, that can last for a lifetime. I used to be a cold person, not telling or showing how much i love a person. Then i learn from the pass, I told her how much i loved and care about her but even tho that didn't work.
