Why do girls ask stupid questions like this one?
If you can't tell, I'm being facetious. Asking questions that stereotype a complete group of people and essentialize what you perceive to be their universal behavior only propagates that behavior and shows how intellectually underdeveloped you are. Let's face it ALL boys (including the gay ones) play around with EVERY girl's feelings. That make so much sense. I really hope you understand I'm being sarcastic here.
Even if this question was formulated correctly ( "Why do some guys play around with a girls' feelings?) there isn't a one size fits all answer. Not all members of any group share the EXACT same motivations and reasons for their behavior and this includes the group of bad guys messing with girls' feelings. Behaviors and attitudes are a mix of socialization, family enviornment, and genetics...and not everyone experiences these influences to the same degree or in the same manner. When you ask for answers on these types of questions, the best you can hope for is a laundry list of various causal relationships that you most likely won't be able to weave into any cogent or coherent pattern to make sense out of. Think about it and ask yourself why you are cluttering up Yahoo Answers with inane tripe. To cut you some slack here, are you 13-15 years old? Seriously?

You need to be more detailed. Like giving the age group. Once guys get older they realize that it's not a good thing to mess up a girls feelings for them.

guys play around with girls feelings because they probably get a kick out of it. either that or they are just mindless, self-centered people with no feelings. lol. i had a bf who dated me for like 2 weeks and then said it was because he was doing it for money! yea, how retarded is that!? lol. well, that's ok. i've learned to take life in little blows, if possible, not bottling it all up until you just sink into a huge depression. lol.
